连续油管瞬时液相扩散焊接接头的组织与力学性能

【摘要】:为探究连续油管瞬时液相扩散焊管—管对焊接头可靠连接的最佳焊接工艺参数,采用双温工艺,FeNiCrSiB与BNi_2复合非晶箔作为中间层,用氩气保护对连续油管CT80进行瞬时液相扩散连接,分析不同工艺参数对接头显微组织及降熔元素B、Si、Ni扩散的影响规律,测试接头的力学性能并观察其断口形貌。结果表明,焊接压力为4.5MPa,双温工艺参数由1220℃保温30s,迅速降到焊接温度1190℃焊接90s,此时接头综合性能最佳,焊缝成分均匀,组织和母材相似,接头抗拉强度最大,为625.6MPa。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the best welding parameters of transient liquid phase diffusion welded tube-pipe butt welded joint of coiled tubing, double temperature process was adopted, FeNiCrSiB and BNi_2 composite amorphous foil was used as the interlayer, and argon gas protection was used for transient liquid phase diffusion bonding of coiled tubing CT80. The effect of different process parameters on the microstructure of the joint and the diffusion of the reduced-melting element BnSi-Ni was analyzed. The mechanical properties of the joint were measured and the fracture morphology of the joint was observed. The results show that the welding pressure is 4.5 MPA and the double temperature process parameters are reduced rapidly from 1220 鈩,
