新型Y341封隔器设计与特性分析

【摘要】:随着井下装备不断发展,封隔器作为井下工具之一逐渐的被广泛使用,封隔器在油井作业中起到的作用是实现油井深度方向上的分层作业,然而石油开采行业的不断发展,使得油田作业变得复杂多样。作业开采时,井下工况复杂多变;而且油田的绝大部分油区都已进入高含水或特高水开发阶段,地下层内、层间矛盾突出,为了确保原油生产产量,必将增加采油作业成本。有些油井内部,因温度、压力降低和气体膨胀的冷却作用,所以在一定深度上,油水层的压差及温度的不同,使得封隔器的橡胶部件产生失效,从而给油田开采带来严重不便。本文对现有的Y341型封隔器进行了结构设计,得到新型封隔器的主要结构参数,然后通过建立胶筒和套管之间的非线性接触模型,在胶筒坐封过程的基础上进行了有限元数值模拟,通过ANSYS软件对不同压力载荷下封隔器胶筒与套管之间的接触应力与压缩距进行分析,得到胶筒力学性能的规律和有实际意义的模拟结果。采用有限滑动接触模型定义了胶筒与隔环、套管、中心管的接触。经过计算,得出结论认为封隔器的结构设计是合理的。最后建立卡瓦与套管之间的接触模型,利用ANSYS软件分析卡瓦牙上的应力情况以及与套管咬合深度的关系,得到卡瓦上齿的应力分布情况,随着齿数编号的增加,位移与所受到的应力都逐渐减小,随着载荷增加,卡瓦咬入深度也呈现增加的趋势。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of downhole equipment, Packer, as one of downhole tools, has been widely used. The role of Packer in oil well operation is to realize layering operation in oil well depth direction. However, with the development of petroleum production industry, Make oil field operation become complex and diverse. In order to ensure the production of crude oil, the cost of oil production will be increased because most of the oil fields have entered the stage of high water cut or super high water development, and the contradiction between the layers is prominent in the underground layer in order to ensure the production of crude oil. In some wells, due to the cooling effect of temperature, pressure reduction and gas expansion, the pressure difference and temperature of oil-water layer are different in a certain depth, which makes the rubber parts of the Packer fail, thus causing serious inconvenience to oilfield production. In this paper, the structure of the existing Y341 Packer is designed, the main structural parameters of the new Packer are obtained, and then the nonlinear contact model between the rubber cylinder and the casing is established. The finite element numerical simulation was carried out on the basis of the process of rubber cylinder sitting and sealing, and the contact stress and compression distance between the Packer cylinder and the casing under different pressure loads were analyzed by ANSYS software. The law of mechanical properties and the practical simulation results are obtained. A finite sliding contact model is used to define the contact between the rubber cylinder and the spacer, casing and central tube. After calculation, it is concluded that the structure design of the Packer is reasonable. Finally, the contact model between the slips and the casing is established. The stress distribution of the upper teeth of the slips is obtained by using the ANSYS software to analyze the stress situation on the teeth and the relationship between the depth of the casing bite and the tooth number, and with the increase of the number of teeth, the stress distribution of the upper teeth of the slips is obtained. The displacement and stress decrease gradually, and the bite depth increases with the increase of load.
