再生润滑油最优脱色效果离子液体的选择

【摘要】:润滑油品的脱色是润滑油工业中亟需解决的问题,而离子液体在石油化工中的应用是一个新的发展方向。本文主要探讨离子液体在再生润滑油脱色中的应用,以[C_4mim]BrAlCl_3为例简介离子液体的合成和表征,通过合成咪唑磷酸酯类离子液体、[C_xmim]BrAlCl_3、[C_xmim]BrZnCl_2、[C_xmim]BF_4(其中,x=2,4,6,8)四类离子液体,将其分别用于再生润滑油B油和J油脱色,考察了不同离子液体和不同工艺条件对油品脱色效果的影响,通过对处理后油品色度的分析,筛选出最佳脱色效果离子液体为[C_8mim]BF_4和[Bmim]DBP,并确定其最佳反应温度、最佳反应时间和最佳离子液体加入量等实验条件。采用铁催化氧化法(ICOT)对脱色处理后油品进行了抗氧性能测试,结果表明:离子液体处理提高了油品的抗氧性能,离子液体脱色处理后油品的抗氧性能要优于传统的糠醛精制和白土精制后油品的抗氧性能。
[Abstract]:The decolorization of lube oil is an urgent problem in lubricating oil industry, and the application of ionic liquid in petrochemical industry is a new development direction. This paper mainly discusses the application of ionic liquids in the decolorization of regenerated lubricating oils. Taking [C_4mim] BrAlCl_3 as an example, the synthesis and characterization of ionic liquids are introduced. Through the synthesis of imidazole phosphate ionic liquids, [C_xmim] BrAlCl_3, [C_xmim] BrZnCl_2, [C_xmim] BF_4 (among them, xC2O4O4 + 6N8), four kinds of Ionic liquids are synthesized. It was used to decolorize B oil and J oil respectively. The effects of different ionic liquids and different process conditions on the decolorization of oil were investigated. The color of treated oil was analyzed. The optimum decolorizing effect ionic liquids were selected as [C_8mim] BF_4 and [Bmim] DBP, and the optimum reaction temperature, optimum reaction time and the optimum amount of ionic liquids were determined. The antioxidant properties of decolorized oil were tested by iron catalytic oxidation method (ICOT). The results showed that the oxidation resistance of the oil was improved by ionic liquid treatment. The antioxidant property of the oil treated by decolorization of ionic liquid is better than that of the traditional furfural refining and clay refining.
