南Ⅱ区窄压力窗口固井技术应用研究

【摘要】:固井是钻完井作业过程中不可缺少的一个重要环节,直接关系到投产后油气井质量的好坏、油气井寿命的长短及油气井产量的高低。大庆南Ⅱ区的油藏深度大多都处于1500m到1800m之间,完钻井深为1750m到1855m之间,南Ⅱ区油藏的主要特点是埋藏深、油层薄、物性差,对固井质量提出了严格的要求。此外由于南Ⅱ区葡萄花层位的破裂压力偏低,而地层压力相对较高,在固井施工中造成漏失风险大,固井水泥浆难以压稳,并且要求要一次性封固1600m以上,导致固井施工难度进一步增大。为此本文通过利用非牛顿流体动力学理论和非牛顿渗流力学理论建立了新的计算模型,解决了漏失参数计算的问题。提出了固井施工中窄压力窗口的概念和特征,建立了计算窄压力窗口的模型,得出了南二区的窄压力窗口范围,优选出适合于给定区块窄压力窗口的水泥浆体系及其浆柱组成,优选出固井施工参数。为防漏与压稳固井施工提供了基础。建立并应用压稳与防漏固井力学分析软件预测给定区块的固井安全压力窗口值,实现了区块漏失信息预测与分析及现场施工参数的实时修正与动态模拟。实现了待固井窄压力窗口条件下的安全固井施工。
