长输管线防腐技术的研究

【摘要】:随着西部大开发的发展,陕北地区的长输管线施工任务明显加剧,据统计全世界长输管线的总长度已达到200万公里,埋入地下的管道钢铁总重约为2亿吨,试想如果这部分管道在施工中没有采取有效的防腐措施,按每年腐蚀10%计算,钢铁腐蚀量达2000万吨,按每吨5000元计算,每年就腐蚀掉的钢材达1000亿元,这还未包含由于管道腐蚀渗漏引起的经济损失,所以对长输管线采取相应的腐蚀措施是减少经济损失和质量安全事故的有效方式。本文在查阅了近年来有关长输管道防腐方面的国内外文献资料,阐述了长输管线被腐蚀的机理,对靖边地区的土壤进行测量分析,找出了影响土壤腐蚀的各种因素。对靖边地区施工长输管线的防腐工程进行了测量分析,对以后靖边地区施工的长输管道防腐方法进行了经济性对比分析,结果表明,在靖边地区由于土壤电阻率较大、PH值呈碱性,建议以后在类似的地质结构中及小管径、短距离的长输管线中,可取消外加电流法的防腐改为牺牲阳极加管道外保护层的方式进行线路防腐,这样可以有效减少施工费用及后期维护调试费用,节省了大量的资源,对降低长输管道的建设费用具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of the western region, the construction task of the long-distance pipeline in northern Shaanxi is obviously intensified. According to statistics, the total length of the long-distance pipeline in the world has reached 2 million kilometers, and the total weight of the pipeline buried in the ground is about 200 million tons. Imagine that if this part of the pipeline does not take effective anticorrosive measures in construction, according to the annual corrosion rate of 10%, the corrosion capacity of steel reaches 20 million tons, calculated at 5000 yuan per ton, and the annual corrosion rate of steel is 100 billion yuan. This does not include the economic loss caused by pipeline corrosion and leakage, so it is an effective way to reduce economic loss and quality and safety accidents by taking corresponding corrosion measures to long-distance pipeline. In this paper, the literature about anticorrosion of long distance pipeline in recent years is reviewed, the mechanism of corrosion of long distance pipeline is expounded, the soil in Jingbian area is measured and analyzed, and various factors affecting soil corrosion are found out. The anticorrosion engineering of long distance pipeline construction in Jingbian area is measured and analyzed. The economic comparison and analysis of anticorrosion method of long distance pipeline construction in Jingbian area are carried out. The results show that, In Jingbian area, because the soil resistivity is high and the PH value is alkaline, it is suggested that in the future, in the similar geological structure and in the long distance pipeline with small diameter and short distance, The anticorrosion of the external current method can be eliminated by sacrificing the anode and the outer protective layer of the pipeline for line anticorrosion, which can effectively reduce the cost of construction and later maintenance and debugging, and save a lot of resources. It has certain reference significance to reduce the construction cost of long distance pipeline.
