利用多级模糊评判法优选哈法亚油田人工举升方式

【摘要】:哈法亚油田位于伊拉克东南部,含油层系较多,不同层系在生产中存在生产气油比高、含硫、出砂、沥青析出等诸多生产问题,给人工举升方式的选择带来了较大挑战。为了针对不同层系特性选择相适应的人工举升方式,综合考虑油藏特征、流体物性、井筒条件、举升设备特点及资金成本等众多因素,采用多级模糊评价方法建立了哈法亚油田目标层系人工举升方式影响因素的综合评价模型,结合油田生产现状,计算各类举升方式的决策因子,分层系优选出了最佳的人工举升方式。油田先导性试验表明:优选结果的实际应用效果在技术上适应性良好,经济上成本控制合理,为油田后期全面转人工举升开采提供了技术指导和经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:The Hafaya oilfield is located in the southeast of Iraq, and there are many oil-bearing strata in the production. There are many production problems such as high gas-oil ratio, sulfur content, sand production, asphalt precipitation and so on, which brings great challenge to the choice of artificial lifting mode. In order to select the suitable artificial lifting mode according to the characteristics of different strata, considering the reservoir characteristics, fluid properties, wellbore conditions, lifting equipment characteristics and the cost of funds, and so on, many factors, such as reservoir characteristics, fluid physical properties, wellbore conditions, etc. A comprehensive evaluation model of the factors affecting the artificial lifting mode of the target strata in Hafaya Oilfield is established by using the multistage fuzzy evaluation method. The decision factors of various lifting modes are calculated in combination with the present production situation of the oilfield. The best way of manual lifting is selected by stratified system. The pilot test of oil field shows that the practical application effect of the optimal selection result is good in technology adaptability and reasonable cost control in economy. It provides technical guidance and experience for the later stage of comprehensive conversion to artificial lift production in oilfield.
