9000m钻机悬臂支房架的非线性屈曲分析及应用

【摘要】:针对9000m石油钻机试验中的悬臂支房架钢结构的大变形现象,找出一种可以模拟此种钢结构变形的计算方法。基于ABAQUS对实际的结构分析计算,验证结果的可靠性,之后在此计算基础上优化设计结构,并利用同一种计算方法分析验证新结构的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In view of the large deformation phenomenon of steel structure with cantilever support housing in the test of 9000m oil drilling rig, a calculation method can be found to simulate the deformation of this steel structure. Based on ABAQUS, the reliability of the results is verified, then the structure is optimized based on the calculation, and the reliability of the new structure is analyzed and verified by the same calculation method.
