分布式光纤管道泄漏检测实验平台设计与搭建

【摘要】：针对常见输送管道泄漏事故,设计了基于分布式光纤技术检测管道泄漏的实验平台,阐述了实验平台功能、平台构建、数据采集处理、监控系统设计以及泄漏检测软件开发等。通过开展模拟长输管道泄漏实验,让学生了解光纤泄漏检测系统的基本构成,掌握分布式光纤泄漏检测与定位基本原理,掌握光纤泄漏检测系统操作使用方法和泄漏事故发生后的处置方法,提高了学生的工程实践能力。
[Abstract]:An experimental platform for pipeline leakage detection based on distributed optical fiber technology is designed for common pipeline leakage accidents. The functions of experimental platform, platform construction, data acquisition and processing, monitoring system design and leak detection software development are described. Through the experiment of simulating long distance pipeline leakage, the students can understand the basic structure of optical fiber leak detection system and master the basic principle of distributed optical fiber leakage detection and location. Mastering the operation method of optical fiber leak detection system and the disposal method after leakage accident can improve the students' engineering practice ability.
