聚胺仿油基钻井液技术研究及在川西地区的应用
[Abstract]:During drilling and development in western Sichuan, the Majing and Xiaoquan structures are rich in brown red (brown) mudstone, which are easy to be hydrated and dilated, and are easy to cause stability problems such as collapse of shaft wall and shrinkage of diameter. Increase the friction and torque, and even lead to difficulties such as jam or accident. Through the statistics of the previous construction in this area, it is shown that the existing water-based drilling fluid system is difficult to fully meet the requirements of horizontal well construction in western Sichuan, and shows more complex conditions, especially the instability of formation wall and the inclined well section. Complex problems such as large frictional resistance in horizontal section. Therefore, in view of the formation characteristics and technical difficulty of drilling fluid in western Sichuan, on the basis of investigating the present situation of polyamine mimic oil base drilling fluid system at home and abroad, the treatment agent of polyamine imitating oil base drilling fluid system is selected. The evaluation and optimization of system performance and the application of mine field are studied comprehensively and deeply: (1) through the study of geological conditions in western Sichuan, the formation characteristics, the difficulties of drilling fluid system and the difficulty of construction in this area are analyzed. Synthesizing the complex situation of drilling fluid in the early stage in this area, it is shown that the water-based drilling fluid system used in western Sichuan area is difficult to meet the requirements of drilling and development. (2) aiming at the complex situation in western Sichuan area, Focusing on the selection of more stable polyamine-mimic oil-based drilling fluid treatment agents, A set of polyamine mimic oil base drilling fluid system, 3~4%NV-1 0.03%MMCA 1%LV-CMC 3-5%MEG 0.4%JA-11 1-1.5%KHPAN 0.5~1%NH4HPAN 1~2%FT342 0. 1%NaOH 0.2~0.5%QS-2 BaSO4. (3) experiments show that the system has strong inhibition, strong plugging and excellent lubricity. The optimization and performance evaluation of the polyamine mimic oil based drilling fluid system is also given, and the system transformation scheme and maintenance points are put forward to form the unique construction technology of polyamine imitating oil base drilling fluid system for the formation of western Sichuan. (4) the field application practice shows that the slanting section is made. The horizontal section is smooth, the shaft lining is stable, and the complex conditions such as unobstructed card occur, which meet the requirements of safe and efficient construction of horizontal wells in West Sichuan.
