固定化脂肪酶催化大豆油酯交换制备生物柴油

【摘要】:以大豆油为原料,以Novozym 435固定化脂肪酶为催化剂,采用滴加甲醇的方法制备生物柴油。考察了甲醇滴加速度、水的添加量、反应温度、反应级数对脂肪酸甲酯收率的影响。结果表明,甲醇滴加可以减弱甲醇对酶的毒害,达到添加叔戊醇相同的效果。甲醇的滴加速度、反应温度对脂肪酸甲酯收率有很大影响,可以调节甲醇的滴加速度和反应温度提高脂肪酸甲酯收率,甲醇滴加速度3.43×10-4g甲醇/(g油·min),反应温度60℃是适宜的反应条件,在此条件下,产物收率可以达到98.75%。反应生成的甘油会影响酶的活性和产物收率,采用二级反应,级间脱除甘油,有利于产物收率的提高。对于Novozym 435固定化脂肪酶,水的添加不利于产物收率的提高。
[Abstract]:Biodiesel was prepared using soybean oil as raw material and Novozym 435 immobilized lipase as catalyst. The effects of methanol droplet acceleration, water addition, reaction temperature and reaction order on the yield of fatty acid methyl ester were investigated. The results showed that the toxicity of methanol to enzyme could be reduced by adding methanol, and the effect of adding tert-amyl alcohol was the same as that of adding tert-amyl alcohol. The methanol droplet acceleration and reaction temperature have great influence on the yield of fatty acid methyl ester.
