基于超分子技术的高密度无黏土油基钻井液体系

【摘要】:基于超分子原理,研制了用于油基钻井液的提切剂CFZTQ-1,以此为核心开发了新型高密度无黏土油基钻井液体系,并对其进行了性能评价和现场应用。研究表明CFZTQ-1在水相中缔合形成的超分子结构显著增加了反相乳液的弹性,提切效果与助悬浮性能均优于国外几种同类提切剂,且CFZTQ-1与有机土之间存在协同增效作用,同时适用于常规含土油包水钻井液。通过对相关处理剂的优选与加量优化,确定了高密度无黏土油基钻井液体系的配方,对其进行了基本性能评价,结果表明:体系密度在2.20~2.60 g/cm3,动切力在13~17 Pa,且表观黏度适中,塑性黏度不高,流变性能良好;体系在240℃高温热滚后黏度涨幅不大,高温高压滤失量在10 m L左右,破乳电压大于400 V,性能稳定。体系现场应用效果良好。
[Abstract]:Based on the supramolecular principle, a new type of high-density non-clay oil-based drilling fluid system, named CFZTQ-1, was developed, and its performance evaluation and field application were carried out. The results showed that the supramolecular structure formed by association of CFZTQ-1 in aqueous phase significantly increased the elasticity of inverse emulsion, and the slashing effect and suspension aid property of CFZTQ-1 were better than those of other similar kinds of slashing agents abroad, and there was a synergistic effect between CFZTQ-1 and organic soil. At the same time, it is suitable for conventional soil-bearing oil-in-water drilling fluid. The formula of high density non-clay oil-based drilling fluid system was determined by optimizing the selection and dosage of the relative treating agent. The basic properties of the system were evaluated. The results showed that the density of the system was 2.20 ~ 2.60 g / cm ~ 3, and the dynamic shear force was 13 ~ 17 Pa,.
