不同渗透率级差下化学驱油体系优选

【摘要】:针对聚合物驱过程中出现的剖面返转现象,选取不同驱油体系(聚合物、微球、凝胶、泡沫),开展了渗透率级差为3、6、10时不同驱油体系单一或交替注入的驱油效果实验对比,结果表明:渗透率级差为3时,浓度为1 400 mg/L和800 mg/L的聚合物交替注入较浓度为1 100 mg/L的聚合物连续注入可提高采出程度3.5个百分点;渗透率级差为6或10时,凝胶和聚合物交替注入效果最好,采出程度较聚合物连续注入可分别提高14.6个百分点或20.3个百分点。对于渗透率级差较小的储层,推荐采用高低浓度聚合物交替注入;对于渗透率级差较大的储层,高低浓度聚合物交替注入失效,采用高黏体系封堵高渗层再注入聚合物的方式能够显著改善吸液剖面。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of profile reversal in polymer flooding process, different flooding systems (polymer, microsphere, gel, foam) were selected, and the permeability difference of 3% 6% was carried out. The oil displacement effects of single or alternating injection of different oil displacement systems at 10:00 are compared. The results show that the permeability difference is 3, The continuous injection of polymer at the concentration of 1 400 mg/L and 800 mg/L could improve the recovery rate by 3.5 percentage points compared with that of the polymer at the concentration of 1 100 mg/L. When the permeability difference is 6 or 10:00, the effect of alternating injection of gel and polymer is the best, and the recovery degree can be increased by 14.6% or 20.3%, respectively, compared with the continuous injection of polymer. For reservoirs with small permeability difference, alternating injection of high and low concentration polymer is recommended. For reservoirs with large permeability difference, high and low concentration polymer injection failure alternately, high viscosity system plugging high permeability layer re-injection polymer can significantly improve the liquid absorption profile.
