环境型钻井液研究

【摘要】:随着油气钻探技术的进步和环境保护的要求越来越严格,对环保型钻井液(保护环境和保护油气层)的研究也越来越被需要。本文在国内外研究的基础上,对常用钻井液添加剂的环境效应进行了生物降解性和毒性实验和评价,优选出了添加剂IND-30、HFL-1、NFA-25、JHG和PE,上述添加剂均易生物降解,同时无毒,可作为环保型钻井液添加剂;对上述环保型钻井液添加剂的抗温性能进行了实验和评价,实验结果表明其抗温性能均不超过160℃,抗温性能良好;由上述环保型钻井液添加剂研制了环保型钻井液(4%土浆+0.05%NaOH+0.3%IND-30+3.0%NFA-25+2.0%JHG+1.0%HFL-1+3%PE-1);将上述研制的环保型钻井液在钻井现场进行了应用,应用结果表明,该环保型钻井液满足施工中从开钻到完井作业的各种工况需要,取得保护环境和保护油气层的良好效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of oil and gas drilling technology and the more strict requirements of environmental protection, the research of environment-friendly drilling fluid (protecting the environment and protecting oil and gas reservoirs) is more and more needed. Based on the research at home and abroad, the biodegradability and toxicity of commonly used drilling fluid additives were tested and evaluated in this paper. The additives IND-30,HFL-1,NFA-25,JHG and PE, were selected. The additives are biodegradable and non-toxic, and can be used as environmental protection drilling fluid additives. The experimental results show that the temperature resistance of the above mentioned additives is not more than 160 鈩,
