大庆油田扶杨油层体积压裂技术研究

【摘要】:扶杨油层是大庆外围油田主要后备石油产量接替地区,属于低—特低渗透、以岩性为主的复合型油藏,自然产能低。近几年,改造方面针对扶杨储层特点,形成了以CO2泡沫压裂技术、清洁压裂液技术、低伤害水基压裂液体系低伤害压裂增产工艺,解决了部分扶杨油层进一步提高单井产能的技术难题,但存在压裂成本较高的问题,难以在开发上推广。扶杨油层的剩余储量大体分布在大庆长垣、龙西-巴彦查干、齐家北、肇源—裕民以及提交储量的周边地区及分散区块。扶杨油层含油产状逐年变差:储层孔隙度一般10-15%,渗透率高的几个毫达西、低的还不到0.05×10-3μm2,泥质含量一般8-15%,有的在20%以上;原油物性相对较差(密度0.86-0.87、凝固点33-35℃),自然产能低,压前经提捞、气举和MFE等测试,日产油仅几公升到几百公升。总的来看,按储层渗透率和原油流度,扶杨油层未动用储量分为四类,多分布在Ⅱ、Ⅲ类储层。在开发改造方面,开展了多个区块的水驱试验,从反九点井网到矩形井网,井排距从300m缩小到60m。试验表明,矩形井网300m×300m无法建立驱替关系;300m×60m井距在部分区块能建立驱替关系,但效果不好,采出程度低。对于水平井常规分段压裂改造工艺,主要优化了段数与改造规模两者的关系,在造人工裂缝工艺上沿用直井改造方式,单缝的供油能力实际没有得到提高,压后产能效果完全依赖改造段数,改造效果也往往达不到水平井预期的增产效果。本文建立了流线模拟分析方法,对于平面选井及纵向选层具有很好的指导性,为工艺措施优化提供了有力的技术支持。现场试验按同一卡段最小渗透率40md以下的层,采用对应压裂;40md以上的层单压水井,可以调整注采剖面,完善注采关系。通过模拟分析,确定了不同物性储层在同一卡段合注的非均质性界限值,为卡段均衡注水提供了理论依据。
