石油开采注水管内壁切削除垢技术的研究

【摘要】:注水管内壁切削除垢技术是一种机械除垢的加工方式,能有效地增大工作内径,提高注水压力,从而提高注水效率。相对于化学除垢以及高压水射流除垢,机械除垢更加环保、操作更加方便,除垢效果也更加显著,因此研究注水管内壁切削除垢的应用具有重要意义。本论文在分析注水管内壁垢物主要成分的基础上,对垢物的切削机理进行了研究,从而得出垢物切削机理模型。根据垢物切削机理模型的特点,对注水管内壁切削除垢刀具进行了设计和制造,并对所设计的刀具进行有限元结构静力分析,计算了其强度、刚度,确定了刀具结构参数。在垢物切削机理模型的基础上,对注水管结垢试件进行了切削除垢试验,分析了转速和进给量对切削力、切削效率的影响,获得了切削除垢合理的动力和运动参数,为除垢装置的动力和运动设计提供了依据。本课题旨在对注水管内壁切削除垢技术进行试验和理论研究,通过对脆性材料切削机理的研究及设计合适的切削装置,进一步提高注水管除垢的效率和可靠性,这对于注水管内壁除垢技术实践应用具有现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:The technology of cutting and removing scale in the inner wall of water injection pipe is a kind of machining method of mechanical scale removal, which can effectively increase the working inner diameter and water injection pressure, thus improving the efficiency of water injection. Compared with chemical scale removal and high pressure water jet scale removal, mechanical scale removal is more environmentally friendly, easier to operate and more effective. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the application of cutting scale removal in the inner wall of water injection pipe. Based on the analysis of the main components of the dirt in the inner wall of the water injection pipe, the cutting mechanism of the scale is studied in this paper, and the cutting mechanism model of the scale is obtained. According to the characteristics of the scaling cutting mechanism model, the scale removal tool for cutting the inner wall of water injection pipe is designed and manufactured. The finite element structure static analysis of the designed tool is carried out, the strength and stiffness of the tool are calculated, and the structural parameters of the tool are determined. Based on the model of scale cutting mechanism, the scale removal test was carried out on the scale forming specimen of water injection pipe. The effects of speed and feed rate on cutting force and cutting efficiency were analyzed, and the reasonable dynamic and motion parameters of cutting scale removal were obtained. It provides the basis for the dynamic and motion design of the scale removal device. The purpose of this subject is to test and study the scale removal technology of water injection pipe's inner wall. Through the research on cutting mechanism of brittle material and the design of suitable cutting device, the efficiency and reliability of scale removal of water injection pipe can be further improved. This is of practical significance for the practical application of scale removal technology in the inner wall of water injection pipe.
