苏53区块工厂化钻井优化设计技术

【摘要】:工厂化模式是平台分批次钻井、多井同时压裂等新型钻完井模式的统称,其中心思想是对钻完井全过程进行总体和局部优化,目前国内正处在起步阶段,不断地进行摸索、优化。工厂化模式在53区块气田致密砂岩气开采过程中,在降本增效方面起到了重要的作用。工厂化钻井技术是工厂化作业的关键技术,本文以苏53区块气田致密砂岩气为研究对象开展技术攻关,通过平台位置优化部署、平台优化设计、钻井优化设计、钻机整体平移、批量化钻井施工技术集成及现场试验,解决工厂化生产作业程序优化技术、工厂化钻井工艺技术及相关工具、设备配套等关键技术问题,提高工厂化作业效率,为提高致密砂岩气及非常规资源的动用率和勘探开发效益提供强有力的工程技术支撑。

In this paper, the tight sandstone gas in Su53 block is taken as the research object to carry out technical research, through the platform location optimization deployment, the platform optimization design, the drilling rig overall translation, In order to improve the efficiency of factory operation, the key technical problems, such as optimization technology of factory production operation procedure, industrial drilling technology and related tools, equipment matching and so on, are solved by integration and field test of batch drilling technology. It provides strong engineering and technical support for improving the production rate of tight sandstone gas and unconventional resources and the efficiency of exploration and development.
