非常规油气资源勘探开发的投资决策优化模型研究

【摘要】:非常规油气资源作为最现实的可替代能源备受各国政府和企业的高度关注,对其进行勘探和开发对于降低日益加大的石油供需矛盾缺口和确保国家能源安全具有重大战略意义。然而,由于非常规油气资源的特殊性及决策过程的复杂性,目前在常规油气中普遍采用的基于人工经验和静态的处理方法已不能满足其勘探开发投资决策的动态性、复杂性和不确定性,决策方案的科学性和有效性亟待加强。针对非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策这一难题,以提高投资决策方案的科学性、动态性和实用性为目标,运用石油工程管理、运筹学、决策科学以及控制论等领域相关的理论与方法,按照“非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策的复杂性分析→投资决策优化模型的构建→复杂优化模型的求解”这一研究思路,重点开展以下研究工作:(1)非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策过程及其复杂性分析。剖析非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策过程并总结提炼呈现的结构特征,结合非常规油气资源特殊性,深入分析其投资决策问题的多阶段、多目标、多属性以及不确定性等复杂性影响因素,为非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策问题的形式化表达奠定基础。(2)非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策优化模型的构建。简化非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策问题并研究投资决策问题的形式化表达方法,依据勘探开发序列投资的分层递阶结构特点,建立多目标动态优化模型以确定勘探活动和开发活动的投资规模、建立不确定条件下的动态多属性决策模型以指明勘探投资的方向和优先次序、并依据不同石油企业的目标需求,分别建立开发投资的多阶段多目标决策优化模型和开发投资组合的多阶段决策优化模型,从而辅助石油企业优化非常规油气上游业务的战略投资决策。(3)非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策优化模型的求解方法。非常规油气资源勘探开发整体投资属于多阶段、多目标、多属性的优化决策问题,模型十分复杂,求解困难,本研究根据分层递阶决策问题的逻辑结构求解方法,把整体复杂的数学模型问题简化为序列子问题的数学模型进行求解,依据所求解子问题优先级的先后次序,引入序贯式算法的求解思路并利用改进的动态规划逆序解法进行决策优化模型的依次求解。(4)非常规油气资源勘探投资和开发投资决策优化的算例研究。针对某石油企业进行页岩油气勘探开发投资决策问题,运用本研究中构建的非常规油气勘探开发投资决策优化模型和算法,完成该问题从复杂性分析→模型构建→模型求解的处理过程,开展对本研究所构建模型和求解方法的可行性和有效性验证并在计算机中加以实现,同时根据算例分析结果给出非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策建议。本研究是运筹学、决策科学和控制论等学科理论和方法的交叉与融合,为解决非常规油气资源勘探开发投资决策方案生成的科学性和有效性进行了积极的探索。其研究成果结合现场实际进展情况和现场专家知识经验判断,不但能促使我国非常规油气资源早日实现商业化和产业化开发,还有助于深化不确定条件下多阶段、多目标、多属性复杂优化决策问题的研究。
[Abstract]:As the most realistic alternative energy, unconventional oil and gas resources are highly concerned by governments and enterprises, and it is of great strategic significance to explore and develop the gap between the supply and demand of oil and supply and to ensure the national energy security. However, due to the particularity of the unconventional oil and gas resources and the complexity of the decision-making process, the artificial experience and the static processing method that are widely used in the conventional oil and gas have not met the dynamic, complexity and uncertainty of the investment decision of the exploration and development. The scientificity and validity of the decision-making scheme need to be strengthened. Aiming at the difficult problem of the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources, this paper aims at improving the scientific, dynamic and practical application of the investment decision-making scheme, and applies the theories and methods in the fields of petroleum engineering management, operational research, decision-making science and cybernetics.
