油溶性树脂选择性堵水剂的研究及性能评价

【摘要】:油井堵水己经成为油田稳产增产、提高采收率的重要措施,而堵水剂的强度与选择性是堵水成功的关键。针对油藏堵水成功率低,选择性差的问题,本文提出一种高效的选择性堵水剂设计,将油溶性树脂与凝胶型堵水剂进行复配,通过油溶性树脂与凝胶型堵水剂的双重封堵,增加了油溶性树脂选择性堵水剂的强度与选择性,最终起到提高原油采收率的作用。本文选取有机树脂与改性后的沥青混合加工,得到油溶性树脂,并对油溶性树脂进行了性能评价。从油溶性树脂的油溶性、耐酸性、耐盐性和降解性能等方面考虑,油溶性树脂都是一种极佳的堵水剂。凝胶型堵水剂主要由阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、酚醛树脂交联剂和调节剂三种组分组成,凝胶型堵水剂不但起到悬浮油溶性树脂颗粒的作用,还具较好的堵水效果。优选出油溶性树脂选择性堵水剂的配方,通过对油溶性树脂选择性堵水剂进行稳定性、耐冲刷性及自身的解堵性实验,表明油溶性树脂选择性堵水剂具有较好稳定性能、耐冲刷性能及自身解堵性能。通过采用岩心封堵模拟实验,研究了油溶性树脂选择性堵水剂的流变性能和选择封堵性能。实验结果表明,油溶性树脂选择性堵水剂具有高效的封堵与选择效果。
[Abstract]:Water shutoff has become an important measure to increase production and increase oil recovery in oil fields, and the strength and selectivity of water shutoff agents are the key to the success of water shutoff. In view of the problems of low success rate and poor selectivity of water shutoff in reservoir, this paper presents an efficient design of selective water shutoff agent, which combines oil-soluble resin and gel water plugging agent, and through the dual plugging of oil-soluble resin and gel water plugging agent. The strength and selectivity of oil-soluble resin selective water plugging agent were increased, and the oil recovery factor was improved. In this paper, oil soluble resin was obtained by mixed processing of organic resin and modified asphalt, and the properties of oil soluble resin were evaluated. Considering the oil solubility, acid resistance, salt resistance and degradation performance of oil soluble resin, oil soluble resin is an excellent water plugging agent. The gel-type water shutoff agent is mainly composed of three components: cationic polyacrylamide, phenolic resin crosslinking agent and regulator. The gel water shutoff agent not only plays the role of suspended oil-soluble resin particles, but also has a better water shutoff effect. The formula of oil soluble resin selective water shutoff agent was selected, and the stability, erosion resistance and self plugging ability of oil soluble resin selective water shutoff agent were tested. The results showed that oil soluble resin selective water shutoff agent had good stability. Erosion resistance and self-removal performance. The rheological property and selective plugging performance of oil soluble resin selective water plugging agent were studied by core plugging simulation experiment. The experimental results show that the oil-soluble resin selective water plugging agent has high efficiency in plugging and selection.
