轴向式旋流除砂器除砂效率的影响因素分析
[Abstract]:Axial swirl sand remover is mainly used to separate gas-solid two-phase by centrifugal force produced by fluid. At present, swirl separation technology is widely used in coal, refinery, oil and gas field and thermal system and so on. As a kind of mechanical separation equipment, axial swirl sand remover has the advantages of saving energy, simple structure and high separation efficiency. However, the research of axial cyclone separator started late in our country, the technology is not mature, and the field application is few. In this paper, the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is used to simulate the sand removal efficiency of axial swirl sand remover. (1) firstly, the model of axial swirl sand remover is established and the gas single phase flow field simulation of axial swirl sand remover is carried out. Based on the anisotropic turbulence model (RSM), the QUICK difference scheme and the PRESTO pressure interpolation scheme are used to carry out the numerical simulation. (2) the gas-solid two-phase flow in the cyclone separator is simulated and analyzed. The solid phase particles in cyclone separator are simulated by discrete phase random orbit model and phase coupling simulation method. The trajectory and inlet velocity of particles in cyclone separator are analyzed and studied. The influence of operating parameters such as particle concentration on separation efficiency was analyzed. (3) the influence of structure parameter on separation efficiency was analyzed, and the influence of axial cyclone separator structure parameter blade on separation performance was studied. It provides theoretical basis for field application.
