MIP-CGP柴油馏分的加氢改质

【摘要】:MIP-CGP工艺生产的柴油馏分较常规FCC工艺生产的柴油馏分密度更大,芳烃及硫、氮含量更高。目前,国内针对MIP-CGP柴油馏分的改质工艺研究较少。本论文采用加氢精制、加氢改质工艺针对MIP-CGP柴油馏分进行改质,以降低柴油馏分密度,提高柴油馏分十六烷指数。选用中石化青岛炼化公司MIP-CGP柴油馏分为原料。对MIP-CGP柴油馏分进行加氢精制,筛选出适宜的加氢精制工艺条件。将MIP-CGP柴油馏分及加氢精制生成油切割成不同的窄馏分,并对各窄馏分进行密度、十六烷指数、烃族组成等性质分析。采用酸性不同的柴油加氢改质催化剂,对加氢精制生成油进行加氢改质,考察催化剂酸性强弱与加氢改质产品性质的关系。研究表明,在操作温度370℃、氢分压12MPa,体积空速0.5h-1、氢油体积比800:1条件下,MIP-CGP柴油馏分的脱硫率为99.4%,脱氮率为99.6%,总芳烃脱除率为79.2%,密度由0.9594g·cm-3减小为0.8651g·cm-3,十六烷指数由20.4提高到35.4,加氢精制效果明显。由于在加氢精制过程中芳烃和环烷烃基本没有发生开环及断链反应,加氢精制生成油中环烷烃含量高达71.3%,链烷烃含量仅为15.9%,又因为柴油密度、十六烷指数与烃族组成,特别是链烷烃含量密切相关。因此,采用加氢改质工艺对加氢精制生成油进一步改质,使环烷烃开环,提高柴油十六烷指数,减小密度。采用44A催化剂,在加氢改质温度370℃,氢分压12MPa,体积空速1.0h-1,氢油体积比800:1时,加氢改质后的柴油馏分与加氢精制生成油相比,密度由0.8651g·cm-3减小为0.8414g·cm-3,十六烷指数由35.4升高为41.2,质量得到提高,但柴油馏分收率降低为74.60%。操作条件相同时,酸量较大的催化剂所得柴油馏分密度较小、十六烷指数较高,柴油馏分收率较低。随汽油馏分收率增加,柴油馏分的密度逐渐减小,十六烷指数逐渐升高,在选择改质工艺条件时,要平衡柴油馏分品质与收率。
[Abstract]:The density of diesel oil fraction produced by MIP-CGP process is higher than that produced by conventional FCC process, and the content of aromatics, sulfur and nitrogen is higher. At present, there are few researches on the modification of MIP-CGP diesel distillate in our country. In order to reduce the density of diesel distillate and increase the cetane index of diesel oil fraction, MIP-CGP diesel distillate was modified by hydrofining and hydroupgrading process in this paper. MIP-CGP diesel distillate of Sinopec Qingdao Refinery and Chemical Company was selected as raw material. The hydrofining of MIP-CGP diesel distillate was carried out and the suitable hydrofining conditions were selected. MIP-CGP diesel oil fraction and hydrofining oil were cut into different narrow fractions. The density, cetane index and hydrocarbon composition of each narrow fraction were analyzed. The hydrogenation upgrading of hydrofining oil was carried out by using different acidic diesel hydroupgrading catalysts.
