直流电源的低纹波实现方法研究
[Abstract]:Rotating steering drilling technology is the most representative advanced drilling technology at present. The attitude measuring device in rotating steering drilling system measures the well inclination angle, azimuth angle and other parameters in the drilling process of bit. It provides the basis for precise control of drilling trajectory of drill bit. In order to study the method of improving the accuracy of attitude measurement parameters, the inclinometer is used to simulate the drilling tool, and the combination of high precision gyroscope and triaxial accelerometer is used to measure the attitude parameters. Because the signal output by the sensor is very weak, the ripples of the power supply have a great influence on the measurement accuracy. Although the battery without ripples can meet the requirements of experimental accuracy, the battery capacity is limited and can not be measured for a long time. Therefore, the high precision, low grain, stable and reliable DC power supply has become the key problem to be solved in the research of high precision measurement of attitude parameters. According to the demand of stability, persistence and interference of power supply in attitude parameter measurement experiment of inclinometer, according to the basic theory of wave control technology and power electronics technology, the realization method of low grain wave of DC power supply is studied in this paper. The power supply scheme design of the attitude measurement experimental device for rotary steering drilling tool is completed. The design power supply uses the battery as the core to give full play to the non-ripple characteristics of the battery, and adopts the dual battery alternating power supply and charging structure to solve the problem of limited battery capacity. At the same time, the linear voltage adjustment circuit is used to eliminate the harmonics produced when the switch is switched, so as to realize the low wave output of the power supply. The experimental results show that the output voltage has no change in the switching process of the designed power switch, and the long-term, stable and low-notch voltage output can be realized. Compared with the existing power supply, the power supply designed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure and low output ripples. The research results of this paper are of great significance to improve the measuring accuracy of the inclinometer.
