长庆油田宁定区块水平井钻井技术研究及应用

【摘要】:长庆油田油区地质构造复杂、薄油层多、单井产能较低且中小型边际油气田较多。宁定区域位于鄂尔多斯盆地的中西部,是长庆油田水平井规模化开采的区块之一,开发目的层为长4+5、长6和长7地层。随着宁定区域水平井的全面开发,钻头造斜托压严重、目的层段易垮塌、地层承压能力低等难点制约着水平井提速的发展。为实现油田效益的最大化,提高单井产能、提高钻井速度、缩短钻井周期、降低单井成本成为油田开发的首要任务。本文主要从长庆油田宁定区域水平井的施工现状入手,认真收集分析目前在该区域水平井施工过程中出现的诸多难题,并结合现场实际,对井身结构、井身剖面、井眼轨迹、钻具组合和钻井液体系五个方面出发进行优化设计,针对不同目的层水平井遇到的难点提出不同的优化措施,特别从物理、化学方向对“双石层”的坍塌机理进行研究,分井段进行钻井液体系的优化。通过现场实施分析作业效果,得出了适用于该区域的水平井优快钻进的技术及配套方案。长庆油田宁定区域水平井钻井安全快速钻井技术的研究,在提高钻进速度、缩短钻进周期、降低钻井成本及加快油气资源的勘探开发进程等方面具有较强的指导意义和使用价值,并具有广阔的应用前景,为该区水平井的高效开发提供了技术依据。
[Abstract]:The geological structure of Changqing Oilfield is complex, there are many thin reservoirs, the productivity of single well is low and there are many small and medium marginal oil and gas fields. Ningding area, located in the central and western part of Ordos Basin, is one of the blocks of horizontal well scale production in Changqing Oilfield. The target layer is Chang 45, Chang 6 and Chang 7. With the comprehensive development of horizontal wells in Ningding area, the development of horizontal wells is restricted by the difficulties such as serious oblique bearing pressure of bit, easy collapse of target section and low bearing capacity of formation. In order to maximize the benefit of oil field, improve the productivity of single well, improve the drilling speed, shorten the drilling cycle and reduce the cost of single well, it is the primary task of oil field development. This paper mainly starts with the present situation of horizontal well construction in Ningding area of Changqing Oilfield, carefully collects and analyzes many difficult problems in the construction process of horizontal well in this area at present, and combines the field practice with the wellbore structure, wellbore profile and wellbore trajectory. The optimal design of drilling tool assembly and drilling fluid system is carried out from five aspects, and different optimization measures are put forward according to the difficulties encountered by horizontal wells in different target layers, especially the collapse mechanism of "double stone layer" is studied from the physical and chemical direction. The drilling fluid system is optimized in well section. Through the field analysis of the operation effect, the technology and supporting scheme of horizontal well rapid drilling suitable for this area are obtained. The research on safe and rapid drilling technology of horizontal well drilling in Ningding area of Changqing Oilfield is in the process of increasing drilling speed and shortening drilling cycle. Reducing drilling cost and speeding up the process of exploration and development of oil and gas resources have strong guiding significance and application value, and have broad application prospects, which provides a technical basis for the efficient development of horizontal wells in this area.
