复合溶剂精制再生废润滑油的研究

【摘要】:采用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为复合溶剂,利用单因素法考察了精制温度、剂油比、溶剂复合配比对废润滑油精制效果的影响。DMSO在精制温度为110℃,剂油体积比为1.6∶1,DMF质量分数为10%的最佳工艺条件下,所得再生油的收率为86.7%,黏度指数为132,凝点为-21.4℃,硫质量分数为0.048 2%,残炭为0.561%,折光率为1.456 4,色度为2.0;DMF在精制温度为70℃,剂油体积比为0.5∶1,DMSO质量分数为10%的最佳工艺条件下,所得再生油的收率为89.3%,黏度指数为138,凝点为-15.6℃,硫质量分数为0.046 2%,残炭为0.549%,折光率为1.456 7,色度为2.0,基本达到我国润滑油基础油HVI150的质量标准。同时采用SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)软件进行线性回归,得出再生油黏度指数与精制温度、剂油体积比的回归方程。
[Abstract]:Using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and N, N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) as composite solvent, the effects of refining temperature, ratio of agent to oil and compound ratio of solvent on the refining effect of waste lubricating oil were investigated by single factor method.
