输油气站场阴极保护监测技术与腐蚀特征研究

【摘要】:针对输油气站阴极保护的检测,开发了阴极保护现场在线监测技术,并在油气站场得到成功的应用。油气站场的阴极保护电位检测系统安装在站外,系统全自动运行,定期将阴极保护电位通过互联网发送到管理人员邮箱,及时发现阴极保护系统所存在的问题,并及时解决,保证阴极保护系统的有效性,对于提高站区阴极保护效果、确保站区的安全具有重要的意义。根据阴极保护电位传感器的特性,采用电气隔离、信号隔离、有源滤波和电压跟随技术,建立了电缆长距离传输阴极保护电位的检测原理和检测电路,开发了阴极保护电位接收装置,实现电位接收装置安放在站外和多点检测集中管理的要求。根据阴极保护的基本原理,从理论上分析和建立了阴极保护电位范围的理论模型,并提出了根据瞬断电位法确定阴极保护电位有效范围的理论和可操作的测试软件,并应用于油气站场阴极保护评价准则的建立。格式和数字化了站场埋地管道和监测点的信息,所开发的阴极保护电位检测系统由饱和硫酸铜电极、测试引线、检测仪器、A/D转换模块、RS232通讯模块和测试计算机组成。现场确定典型部位进行检测,自运行以来,检测系统运行正常。
