炼油装置腐蚀与防护管理系统

【摘要】:为实现对炼油设备及管线的全面腐蚀与防护管理,建立以炼化装置安全运行为目标,集设备、管线基础数据信息、运行数据、专业监检测数据、防护数据、腐蚀分析及评估预测、常规评价于一体并与GIS技术加以整合的腐蚀与防护系统。该系统不仅实现了炼化设备管线全面腐蚀与防护管理,而且通过GIS技术的查询、统计、状态分布展示等功能,对不同层级管理人员提供设备管线基础信息、腐蚀情况和趋势、防腐状态等信息展示,极大地支撑了炼化企业安全生产运行。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the comprehensive corrosion and protection management of oil refining equipment and pipeline, aiming at the safe operation of refining and chemical plant, the basic data information of equipment and pipeline, operation data, professional supervision and inspection data, protection data are established. Corrosion analysis, evaluation and prediction, conventional evaluation and integration with GIS technology corrosion and protection system. The system not only realizes the comprehensive corrosion and protection management of refining and chemical equipment pipelines, but also provides the basic information, corrosion situation and trend of equipment and pipelines to different levels of managers through the functions of GIS technology inquiry, statistics, state distribution display and so on. The display of anticorrosion status and other information has greatly supported the safe production and operation of refining and chemical enterprises.
