馏程仪自动控制测试系统设计

【摘要】:柴油清净性不仅影响发动机的燃烧状况,还影响汽车尾气中污染物的种类和数量,因此对市售柴油的清净性进行快速有效的监管非常重要.利用柴油清净性快速模拟设备可实现柴油清净性的快速检测,需用待测油品的馏程测定结果指导清净性检测实验的参数设置.通过采用行走设备专用控制器,在软硬件方面对手动馏程仪进行改造和优化,可在温度检测、加热自控、温度修正、冷却控制和红外线液位检测方面实现自动化控制,减轻人为操作的工作量和误差,快速便捷地实现油品性能参数的监控,同时更适应车载环境.馏程仪自动控制功能的开发有助于更高效地开展柴油清净性市场监管.
[Abstract]:The cleanliness of diesel oil not only affects the combustion condition of engine, but also affects the type and quantity of pollutants in automobile exhaust gas, so it is very important to supervise the cleanliness of diesel oil in the market quickly and effectively. The rapid detection of diesel cleanliness can be realized by using the rapid simulation equipment of diesel cleanliness. It is necessary to use the distillation range test results of the oil to be tested to guide the parameter setting of the cleanliness detection experiment. By using the special controller of walking equipment, the manual dynamic distillation instrument can be modified and optimized in the aspects of software and hardware, which can realize automatic control in temperature detection, heating automatic control, temperature correction, cooling control and infrared liquid level detection, reduce the workload and error of human operation, quickly and conveniently realize the monitoring of oil performance parameters, and at the same time adapt to the vehicle environment. The development of automatic control function of distillation instrument is helpful to carry out diesel cleanliness market supervision more efficiently.
