多次激活井下旁通阀结构设计

【摘要】:多次激活井下旁通阀是为了解决随钻堵漏、随钻大排量洗井和卡钻等问题而设计的一种石油钻井工具,该阀可实现外循环,使用方便,安全可靠。国外公司已有成熟的商业应用,国内目前对此研究较少,未见相关报道。文章设计了一种多次激活井下旁通阀,详细阐述了多次激活井下旁通阀工作原理,主要通过投球憋压的方式实现旁通的开关。由于阀本体需要开孔且受到拉伸、扭转、内压等复杂载荷,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench模拟多次激活井下旁通阀在井下实际工况下,对所设计的井下旁通阀结构进行了结构强度分析,结果表明该结构强度上满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:Multiple activation of downhole bypass valve is a kind of oil drilling tool designed to solve the problems of plugging while drilling, washing well while drilling and sticking. The valve can realize external circulation, convenient to use, safe and reliable. Foreign companies have mature commercial applications, the domestic research on this is less, there is no related report. In this paper, a multi-activation downhole bypass valve is designed, and the working principle of multiple activation downhole bypass valve is described in detail. The bypass switch is mainly realized by throwing ball holding pressure. Because the valve body needs to be opened and subjected to complex loads such as tension, torsion, internal pressure and so on, the structural strength analysis of the designed downhole bypass valve structure is carried out under the actual underground working conditions by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench. The results show that the strength of the structure meets the design requirements.
