[Abstract]:Oil field water injection can supplement and maintain reservoir pressure, which is an important method to improve oil production efficiency and stabilize oil field production. The standard of injected water quality is an important basis of this method, and chemicals are the key to improve the quality of injected water and ensure the stable operation of production. The field charge system in some oilfields is unreasonable and the compatibility between chemicals is poor, which leads to the water quality is not up to standard after treatment. Therefore, in order to collect and transport, it is of great significance for the sewage system to select chemicals with excellent effect and good compatibility, which is of great significance for scientifically instructing the field to add drugs and improve the water quality of reinjection. Based on the collection and transportation of Yulin Oilfield and the use of chemicals in sewage system, the types, advantages and disadvantages and application status of each chemical agent are studied in this paper. Representative demulsifier, flocculant, filter aid and fungicide were selected to evaluate the performance of single agent, and the compatibility of inorganic polymer flocculant and organic polymer flocculant was analyzed. The concentration adjustment and evaluation of each single agent and flocculant combination were carried out, and the change of action effect with the increase of dosage concentration was studied. The structure of inorganic polymer flocculant and organic polymer flocculant was characterized, and the synergistic mechanism of inorganic polymer flocculant and organic polymer flocculant was analyzed. The results show that Ed-17 and in-use demulsifiers are the two best demulsifiers for the removal of crude oil emulsion by free water and electric dehydration. Under the condition of three kinds of water quality, the inorganic flocculant with the strongest flocculation ability is the organic flocculant which has the best interaction effect between polyaluminum iron and PAC, in use is PAM02 and PAM. in use. The best flocculant combination is the combination of PAC and PAM, followed by the combination of PAC and PAM02. When inorganic polymer flocculant and organic polymer flocculant are used together, inorganic polymer flocculant plays the role of compression double electric layer and electric neutralization. Organic polymer flocculant plays the role of adsorption bridge, and the formed large flocs and metal hydroxide have the effect of sweeping and net trapping, thus significantly improving the flocculation effect. Iron trichloride and aluminum sulfate are the best filter aids. With the increase of dosage concentration, the treatment effect is improved. The best bactericidal effect was fungicide 2. With the increase of fungicide 2 concentration, the number of bacteria decreased as a whole. The above research conclusions are applied to the site of Yu er United Station and East 16 sewage Station, and the treatment effect is good, which achieves the expectation of scientific guidance of field drug addition and ensuring the water quality of reinjection water to meet the standard.
