我国石油工业领域专利质量分析

【摘要】：科技创新是中石油发展的动力源。累计27203件的专利申请量代表着中石油在科技创新上的实力。但是,专利数量不足以代表科技创新的高度,专利质量才是更高标准。从法律层面说,专利质量取决于专利文本质量,因为它是专利获权、维权的保障。而从技术层面说,专利质量又取决于科技创新质量,因为它是专利文本质量的基础。从中石油等六家石化企业的专利数据出发,阐述了科技创新与专利的关系,我国石油企业对专利质量的重视。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation is the power source of PetroChina's development. The cumulative number of patent applications represents PetroChina's strength in scientific and technological innovation. However, the number of patents is not enough to represent the height of scientific and technological innovation, patent quality is a higher standard. From the legal point of view, the quality of patent depends on the quality of patent text, because it is the protection of patent acquisition and protection. From the technical point of view, patent quality depends on the quality of scientific and technological innovation, because it is the basis of patent text quality. Based on the patent data of six petrochemical enterprises, such as China Petroleum, this paper expounds the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and patent, and the importance China's petroleum enterprises attach to the quality of patent.
