A公司仓管员岗位管理研究

随着我国央企不断发展壮大和改革不断深入,国资委积极引导、推动中央企业进行内部资源整合,A公司作为国内某三大石油公司之一的二级单位,也积极推进内部管理体制机制改革,开展仓管员统一管理改革工作,对其下属所有子公司的仓管员进行整合。笔者运用文献分析法、访谈法、案例分析法,结合企业重组、人力资源整合、人力资源制度建设相关理论,对A公司仓管员岗位人力资源数据资料进行全面、系统、准确的分析研究,梳理出A公司在仓管员岗位人力资源的现状,在此基础上,找准A公司在仓管员岗位人力资源整合存在的问题;针对所存在的问题,结合A公司的问题,结合相关理论,运用访谈法,从文化、人力资源制度建设及整合过程出发,提出A公司在仓管员岗位整合中的人力资源制度建设解决对策。希望通过本研究,能为A公司提供参考,并为其他央企内部资源整合重组遇到的人力资源制度建设工作提供一定的借鉴。
