    Impact of geohydrology and neotectonic activity on radon concentration in groundwater of intermontane Doon Valley, Outer Himalay

          

    In the zeroth order, this results in the well-known Dupuit approximation in geohydrology, and the vertical equilibrium (VE) approximation in petroleum reservoir engineering.

          

    The numerical examples are computed analytically and may, therefore, be considered as an 'heuristic proof' of the theory and its practical applicability for reservoir engineering and geohydrology.

          

    Apart from this, several published and unpublished reports; journals and bulletins on geohydrology have been used to complete this innovative study.

          

    Environmental geology and geohydrology are increasingly important parts of the Bureau's service and applied research.

    In the domain of mineral deposit hydrogeology, the formulae of secure of secure hydraulic head by slisalif have long been mis taken as experimental ones by may oeople.This paper does concrete inquiry to these formulae by applying the theory of bending beam in mechanics of materials, and proves that they are theory formulae.
