本文对主纵梁式弧形闸门,当梁格为同层布置时,提出了框架作用荷载为几个集中荷载和梯形分布荷载相结合考虑的设计原则。对孤形闸门的下料、拚装、焊接、组装以及闸门的安装的工艺过程、产生的问题、解决的措施,均结合实际工程经验,做了介绍与总结。文中所谈到的一些经验与教训,可供深孔弧形闸门的设计,制造与安装参考。

In this paper, the stress and strain of thě V-shaped do k gate are analysed by means of the finite element method using a space model with plane stress elements and on■-limensional discrete elements when the gate is closed or opened. The stress of the gate p■v t is also analysed roughly.Therefore, the methanical model and the program may be used in the practical design of su■h a big Λ-haped do■k gate. Also, the data and resu■ts presert d in this paper might be used for reference.

本文应用一种由平面应力单元和轴力杆件单元组成的空间有限元模型,对大型船闸开敞式人字闸门启闭时的变形与应力进行了全面的计算。计算结果表明此类人字闸门在风、水荷载及自重作用下的整体变形规律,横截面剪应力分布规律,背拉杆受力规律均与模型试验,近似计算及有关资料中原型观测、模型试验及计算结果相一致。门叶结构总重量及重心计算成果理想地反映了设计情况。本文还对人字闸门的底枢受力情况进行了初步分析。本文对开敞式人字闸门所作的计算,进一步论证了所应用的力学模型与采用的程序可供大型船闸人字闸门在设计计算中采用,提供的计算结果可供有关部门在人字闸门的设计中参考。

The objective of this paper is to search for optimal depth of unequal-flanged steel girders in steel gates within the guidelines of "Design Specification of Steel Gates of Water Resources and Hydro Power Engineering", using the principles of optimization design. Based on this study, formulae and design charts are provided to select readily an economical depth of unequal-flanged steel girders.

本文运用优化设计原理,遵循《水利水电工程钢闸门设计规范》的规定,探求钢闸门不等翼缘钢梁的最优梁高。根据研究,提出了迅速选择不等翼缘钢梁经济梁高的公式和图表。
