【摘要】：伴随着计算机和信息技术、互联网技术的日臻成熟，各类信息化办公技术和手段如雨后春笋般迅速兴起。这些种类样式繁多的办公信息资源以及他们发散分布的现状，导致很多企业员工，特别是中老年干部和新进员工无法快速准确的获取自己需要的东西。建立本网站的目的正是为了让企业员工可以将办公系统、办公文件、在线工具等各类办公信息资源按照分类汇总的方式呈现在一个办公导航网站中，从而实现办公资源的一站式快速搜索和使用，满足企业员工日常工作所需。本课题建立的导航网站与传统导航网站的区别是：建立企业信息导航网站不仅要收录各类网址，同时还要集成办公文件下载、办公信息查询、办公系统登录、即时通讯等应用与企业管理的功能。办公信息导航平台是一个集成各类信息化办公资源，然后按照一定规则进行分类的网站，类似于企业内部人员使用的门户网站，为员工提供一站式办公服务。办公信息导航平台的优点在于能够让员工快速找到自己所需要的信息化办公资源，而不必记住各种办公系统、文件、网站的地址或存放位置。另外企业办公信息导航平台还会提供一些方便员工日常生活和工作的查询工具，比如：天气查询、邮箱、搜索引擎入口、公积金查询、社保查询、热点新闻等，员工在使用这些工具的时候既获得了方便，同时也大大减少了搜索这些信息所用的时间。有些员工在搜索这些信息的过程中又会关注到其他的网络信息而浪费了许多精力。从企业信息安全的角度看，在建立起企业办公信息导航平台并满足员工的工作需要后，可以逐步加强对员工的网络控制，避免在上班时间浏览与工作无关的网站，减少因感染病毒木马带来的安全隐患。企业办公信息导航平台是严格建立在实际工作需求和员工使用体验上的，其最终的目的是为员工带来实用、便捷、高效的办公体验，从而提升企业内部的办公效率和沟通效率，为企业创造经济效益。
