“自我人肉”合理化发展建议

【摘要】：作为"人肉搜索"的新的发展形式,"自我人肉"在当前成为很多人网络生活的新宠。它的出现和流行,固然受到人们金融风暴下的危机感以及好奇心理的驱使等因素的推动,但个人自我炒作的阴影也时隐时现。在实际的操作过程中,"自我人肉"固然有可圈可点的地方,但如果不加以科学引导,不仅会导致心理疾病,还会引起法律上的纠纷,给个人生活和社会秩序造成很大影响。应通过提高网民自身素质、加强法律规范、设计更加人性化的搜索引擎等措施来净化网络环境,促使"自我人肉"更加合理、快速发展。
[Abstract]:As a new development form of "human flesh search", "self-human flesh" has become a new favorite of many people's network life at present. Its emergence and popularity are certainly driven by people's sense of crisis and curiosity under the financial turmoil. However, the shadow of personal self-promotion also looms. In the actual operation, "self-human flesh" certainly has a worthy place, but if it is not guided scientifically, it will not only lead to psychological illness, but also cause legal disputes. It should improve the quality of Internet users, strengthen the legal norms, design more humanized search engine and other measures to purify the network environment and promote the "self-human flesh" more reasonable and rapid development.
