基于网络拍卖的资金募集方法及优化模型的设计

【摘要】:近年来网络拍卖以惊人的速度发展,互联网的应用能够有效降低拍卖人和竞标者的搜索成本,是推动网上拍卖快速发展的主要因数。网络拍卖有独特的优势:网上拍卖扩大了被拍卖物品的市场,在互联网上,卖主可以很容易地在很短的时间内找到人数相对较多的竞标者,并且竞标者不局限在当地。此外,通过搜索引擎,竞标者可以更方便地找到他所要的物品。金融活动产生于企业规模扩张冲动和社会资金投资冲动之间的相互需求。一方面,现代工商业及金融业发展往往需要通过合法的金融手段募集闲置社会资金,通过资源互补实现企业的发展进步;另一方面,社会上存在大量的闲置资金,具有天生的投资增值需求。我们尝试一种新的募集资金的方式,即电子商务拍卖融资。通过网络平台可以跨越地域局限,虚拟集成项目和投资者,降低集体竞价的成本。网上拍卖可以由投资者选择出价范围,更加灵活;各方在竞价过程中可自由交流;凭借网站自建的信用评价系统,借助所有用户的监督力量来营造一个相对安全的交易环境,买卖双方都能找到可信赖的交易伙伴。本文综合考虑投资价格,需求利率,周期,信誉等方面,设计一种带有纵向价格歧视的多赢家拍卖模式。每个投标包含投资金额和利率两种投标信息,投资者可以自主选择出价区间,不同的出价区间对应不同的需求利率,拍卖以资金募集者最佳收益为目的选择胜标,每个新投标都可能对胜标结果造成影响。用分枝定界法求解标模型,设计算例进行仿真,并引入信誉机制改进模型。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of online auction, the application of the Internet can effectively reduce the search cost of auctioneers and bidders. Online auction has a unique advantage: online auction has expanded the market for items to be auctioned, and on the Internet, Vendors can easily find a relatively large number of bidders in a short time, and bidders are not limited to local ones. In addition, through search engines, It is easier for a bidder to find what he wants. Financial activity arises from the mutual need between the impulse to expand the size of the enterprise and the impulse to invest in social capital. On the one hand, The development of modern industry, commerce and finance often needs to raise idle social funds through legal financial means, and realize the development and progress of enterprises through complementary resources. On the other hand, there are a large number of idle funds in society. There is a natural need for added value. We try a new way to raise money, that is, electronic commerce auction financing. Through the network platform, we can transcend geographical limitations, virtual integration projects and investors, Reduce the cost of collective bidding. Online auctions allow investors to choose the range of bids, more flexible; all parties can freely communicate in the bidding process; with the website's own credit evaluation system, With the help of the supervision of all users to create a relatively safe trading environment, both buyers and sellers can find reliable trading partners. A multi-winner auction model with vertical price discrimination is designed. Each bid includes two kinds of bidding information: investment amount and interest rate. Investors can choose the bid range on their own, and different bid ranges correspond to different demand interest rates. Each new bid may have an impact on the result of the winning bid. The branch and bound method is used to solve the bidding model, and an example is designed for simulation, and an improved reputation mechanism model is introduced.
