“人肉搜索”现象研究

【摘要】：人肉搜索在最近几年引发国际社会与媒体的普遍关注，成为盛行于华人世界的独特文化现象。人肉搜索以网络为媒介，以网友为资源，藉由集体合作方式将网络搜索引擎以及知情匿名人士所呈现的数据予以揭露、理清真相的一种群众活动。不同于西方社会，我们使用网络工具进行人肉搜索的目的是为了能够透过虚拟世界的力量来改善现实世界的不合理、不公平现象。本研究针对中国人肉搜索的现象进行研究，采用文本分析的方式针对一些人肉搜索案例事件，进行媒体与网友互动历程的分析。本研究的首要目的在于探讨何种性质的社会事件较易引起网友们的人肉搜索，以及其搜索动机是什么；其次，本研究欲了解媒体在人肉搜索历程中扮演的角色与功用，究竟对事件后续的人肉搜索有何影响，此为本研究最主要的核心议题；最后，探讨人肉搜索的引导机制。经由文本分析后发现，，在人肉搜索生成与发展的历程中，媒体扮演了讯息扩散与人肉搜索成败的关键角色。在许多人肉搜索成功案例中，知名论坛是事件扩散的主要引爆媒介；而经由众多个人的博客与社交网站的信息传播，媒体再加以追踪报导，使事件更加渲染扩散。最后，也由于大众媒体从网络论坛的讯息挖掘与报导，引发社会大众的广泛注意，强化了网友们后续人肉搜索的动机。而就人肉搜索的目的与功用来说，网友们进行人肉搜索的目的不在于“搜索”，而是在于“制裁”违反社会道德与规范的人；此外，研究者也发现，人肉搜索可带来正面的社会功用，由人民集体式的讯息追踪与搜索，逐步还原真相，激化了人民的舆论参与，更影响了媒体与政府的作为。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the human flesh search has aroused the widespread concern of the international community and the media, and has become a unique cultural phenomenon prevailing in the Chinese world. A mass event in which data presented by online search engines and anonymous sources are exposed by collective collaboration to clarify the truth. Different from Western societies, The purpose of our human flesh search is to improve the unreasonable and unfair phenomena in the real world through the power of the virtual world. This study focuses on the phenomenon of human flesh search in China. Text analysis is used to analyze the interaction between the media and netizens for some human flesh search cases. The primary purpose of this study is to explore what kind of social events are more likely to cause human flesh search. Secondly, this study wants to understand the role and function of the media in the process of human flesh search, and how it affects the human flesh search after the incident, which is the main core topic of this study. This paper discusses the guiding mechanism of human flesh search. After text analysis, it is found that the media plays a key role in the process of the generation and development of human flesh search. In many successful human flesh search cases, the media plays a key role in information diffusion and the success of human flesh search. Well-known forums are the main detonating media for the spread of events; and through the spread of information from many individuals' blogs and social networking sites, the media will track and report on them, so that the events will become more exaggerated and spread. Finally, Also, mass media mining and reporting information from online forums has aroused widespread public attention, which has strengthened the motivation of Internet users to follow up on human flesh search. In terms of the purpose and function of human flesh search, the purpose of human flesh search is not to "search," but to "sanction" people who violate social ethics and norms. In addition, the researchers found, Human flesh search can bring positive social function, by the people gather information tracking and searching, gradually restore the truth, intensify the people's public opinion participation, but also affect the media and government action.
