一种基于位置服务的个性化美食搜索算法研究与实现

【摘要】:随着移动通讯技术的飞速发展以及移动智能终端的普及应用,互联网随身化、便携化的趋势越发明显,传统的互联网搜索技术难以满足移动环境中不同背景、不同目的、不同位置以及不同时期的个性化搜索需求。同时,移动互联网服务和信息内容的迅速增长带来“移动信息过载”问题,如何根据用户当前所处地理位置,为之提供符合其兴趣特征和意图的个性化搜索结果,满足用户随时、随地、随身的个性化服务需求是一个广阔应用价值的研究课题。 本课题来源于某移动互联网创业项目,在借鉴已有个性化搜索研究成果的基础上,结合基于位置的手机美食导航应用需求展开理论和应用研究。论文主要工作包括: 1.综述了搜索引擎、基于位置的服务以及个性化搜索相关技术原理及工作流程,为后续用户兴趣建模和算法设计奠定基础。 2.针对移动环境下的的用户特点对用户行为进行建模,对用户行为信息的采集、用户参与度评估、用户行为模型表达以及模型更新策略展开分析和讨论,然后基于此设计相应的用户兴趣模型。 3.结合用户兴趣模型设计基于位置服务的个性化美食搜索算法,一是通过个性化的关键词扩展查询优化查询结果,二是结合用户当前位置以及用户行为轨迹对查询结果进行优化排序。同时,结合直接反馈机制和间接反馈机制对用户体验度进行评价。 4.基于前述用户兴趣模型和个性化美食搜索算法,设计并实现了一个手机美食导航软件系统,该系统可结合用户当前地理位置及用户偏好,搜索并推荐相应美食信息。系统测试和实验结果表明,本文所提用户兴趣模型及个性化美食算法可获得较好的推荐结果及用户体验度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and the popularization and application of mobile intelligent terminals, the trend of Internet carry-on and portability becomes more and more obvious. The traditional Internet search technology is difficult to meet the different background and purpose in mobile environment. At the same time, the rapid growth of mobile Internet services and information content brings "mobile information overload" problem, how to according to the current geographical location of users, It is a research topic with wide application value to provide personalized search results that accord with its interest features and intentions, and to meet the needs of personalized services of users at any time, anywhere and with them. This topic comes from a mobile Internet startup project. On the basis of the existing research results of personalized search, combined with the location of mobile phone food navigation application requirements to carry out the theory and application research. The main work of this paper is as follows:. 1. The principles and workflow of search engine, location-based service and personalized search technology are summarized, which will lay the foundation for user interest modeling and algorithm design. 2. Modeling the user behavior in the mobile environment, analyzing and discussing the collection of user behavior information, the evaluation of user participation, the expression of user behavior model and the strategy of model updating. Then the corresponding user interest model is designed based on this. 3. The personalized food search algorithm based on location service is designed based on user interest model. The second is to optimize the query results by combining the user's current location and user behavior trajectory. At the same time, the user experience is evaluated by direct feedback mechanism and indirect feedback mechanism. 4. Based on the above user interest model and personalized food search algorithm, a mobile food navigation software system is designed and implemented. The system can combine the users' current geographical location and user preferences. The system tests and experimental results show that the proposed user interest model and personalized food algorithm can obtain better recommended results and user experience.
