基于HTML5的鄱阳湖区防汛信息管理与发布系统研究

【摘要】:鄱阳湖是我国第二大湖泊,也是我国最大的淡水湖泊,湖区内的鄱阳湖平原是我国重要的商品粮生产基地之一。鄱阳湖沿湖城市和人口众多,随着昌九工业走廊和鄱阳湖生态经济区的建设,鄱阳湖区已成为我国南方经济最活跃的地区之一。然而近几年来,,随着气候的变化和人为因素的影响,湖区灾害频次和灾害造成的损失都呈上升的趋势。为了及时向有关部门和湖区群众发布防汛信息,有必要将HTML(超文本标记语言)的最新标准HTML5与防汛信息管理与发布系统结合,开发基于HTML5的鄱阳湖区防汛信息管理与发布系统,为鄱阳湖区灾前、灾中、灾后的信息管理和发布提供网络化的平台。 本文首先介绍了鄱阳湖区地理和灾害状况,阐明了基于HTML5的鄱阳湖区防汛信息管理与发布系统在防汛减灾工作中的重要意义,总结了国内外防汛信息管理与发布系统的研究现状和发展趋势,并对基于HTML5的鄱阳湖区防汛信息管理与发布系统的相关理论和系统开发的相关技术进行了介绍;其次在全面分析系统需求的基础上,按照软件开发的规范要求和防汛信息管理与发布的行业特性,对基于HTML5的防汛信息管理与发布系统进行设计,包括系统总体、结构设计(物理结构、逻辑结构、存储结构)、功能设计,并系统数据库进行了设计与建立;最后利用HTML5的新特性,采用ASP.NET技术、SQLSERVER2008数据库、Visual Studio2010集成开发环境,开发实现了基于HTML5的鄱阳湖区防汛信息管理与发布系统。 系统主要实现的功能包括通用部分、信息管理(后台)、信息发布(前台)三大部分,通用部分是前后台共用的功能代码,主要包括数据库操作、字符串操作、文件和文件夹操作;后台主要包括防汛信息归类和详细信息的修改以及相关资源(图片、附件)的管理功能。后台对每一类信息和每一条信息都能进行搜索引擎优化设置,方便用户通过搜索引擎查询发布的防汛信息;前台主要功能是按照后台设置显示文字、图片、地图信息并提供在线交流和留言功能。文字、图片信息的发布使用HTML5新标签。地图采用矢量图格式,用HTML5的canvas标签绘制,使页面通用性更强,加载速度更快。系统应用结果表明本系统具有一定的实用性,可以推广使用。
[Abstract]:Poyang Lake is the second largest lake in China and the largest freshwater lake in China. Poyang Lake Plain in the lake area is one of the important commercial grain production bases in China. With the construction of Changjiu Industrial Corridor and Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, Poyang Lake region has become one of the most active areas in southern China. However, in recent years, with the climate change and the influence of human factors, The frequency of disasters and the losses caused by disasters in the Lake District are on the rise. In order to release flood control information to the relevant departments and the people of the Lake District in time, it is necessary to combine the latest HTML (Hypertext markup language) standard HTML5 with the flood control information management and distribution system. The information management and release system of flood control in Poyang Lake area based on HTML5 is developed to provide a network platform for information management and release before, during and after disasters in Poyang Lake region. This paper first introduces the geography and disaster situation of Poyang Lake region, and expounds the important significance of flood control information management and release system based on HTML5 in flood control and disaster reduction work. This paper summarizes the research status and development trend of flood control information management and release system at home and abroad, and introduces the relevant theory and system development technology of flood control information management and release system in Poyang Lake region based on HTML5. Secondly, based on the comprehensive analysis of the system requirements, according to the standard requirements of software development and the industry characteristics of flood control information management and release, the flood control information management and release system based on HTML5 is designed, including the overall system. The structure design (physical structure, logical structure, storage structure, function design, and system database design) is designed and established. Finally, using the new features of HTML5, the SQL Server 2008 database is used to develop the integrated environment of Visual Studio2010. The information management and release system of flood control in Poyang Lake area based on HTML5 is developed and implemented. The main functions of the system include general part, information management (backstage), information release (foreground), the common part is the common function code, including database operation, string operation, File and folder operation; backstage mainly includes flood prevention information classification and modification of detailed information, as well as related resources (pictures, attachments) management functions. Background for each type of information and each piece of information can be optimized search engine settings, The main function of front desk is to display text, picture and map information according to background settings, and to provide online communication and message leaving functions. The new HTML5 tag is used to publish the picture information. The map is drawn with the vector format and the canvas tag of HTML5, which makes the page more versatile and the loading speed is faster. The application results of the system show that the system has certain practicability and can be popularized.
