数据中心业务管理系统中信息检索技术的研究

【摘要】：伴随着网络业务的日益增长,数据中心管理与维护任务也就越来越多。因此,数据中心管理人员面临的当务之急是如何有效地进行数据中心业务管理,提高效率和安全性,获得更好的业务成效。本文首先在论述数据中心及其管理系统的发展现状的基础上,对数据中心业务管理系统应具有的功能及其系统组成进行了分析和研究。接着阐述了信息检索技术的起源与发展、中文分词方法、检索模型、倒排索引机制、检索过程、评价指标等相关知识。之后根据数据中心业务管理系统的需求分析,详细阐述了系统的业务流程、功能设计和数据库设计。基于对信息检索技术的研究,根据数据中心业务管理系统用户对业务管理知识检索的需求,以工程师日志为数据源,设计了业务管理信息检索子系统。最后,从业务管理信息检索子系统和其他子系统两个方面对数据中心业务管理系统的予以实现。本文的业务管理信息检索子系统在木数据中心业务管理信息检索方面比通用搜索引擎有更强的针对性和准确度,具有一定的实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of network business, data center management and maintenance tasks are more and more.Therefore, the most urgent task for the data center managers is how to effectively manage the data center business, improve the efficiency and security, and obtain better business results.On the basis of discussing the current situation of data center and its management system, this paper analyzes and studies the functions and system composition of data center business management system.Then the origin and development of information retrieval technology, Chinese word segmentation method, retrieval model, inverted index mechanism, retrieval process, evaluation index and other related knowledge are expounded.Then, according to the demand analysis of the data center business management system, the business process, function design and database design of the system are described in detail.Based on the research of information retrieval technology, according to the demand of the users of data center business management system for business management knowledge retrieval, a business management information retrieval subsystem is designed based on the engineer log as the data source.Finally, the business management system of data center is implemented from two aspects: service management information retrieval subsystem and other subsystems.The business management information retrieval subsystem in this paper has more pertinence and accuracy than the general search engine in the business management information retrieval of wood data center, and it has certain practical value.
