【摘要】：科技发展日新月异,在我国的经济建设中发挥着关键的作用。在全球化的背景下,我国与世界其他各国进行科技交流时,科技翻译扮演着越来越重要的角色。化学英语类文献翻译是其中一个不可缺少的分支。目前在化学领域,权威的文献数据库有Scifinder,Chemical Data Reaxys以及中国知网和万方。其中英文文献占比达到一半以上,许多前沿的化学研究成果也是第一时间以英文发布的,这也突显了对化学英语类文献翻译的迫切需要。本次翻译实践项目选取了《非低温条件下利用二丁基(异丙基)镁盐(1-)和氯化锂卤素镁交换反应官能团化2-甲氧基吡啶》一文进行汉译实践。该类文献在有机化学中最为常见,类似于实验报告,实践性强,对化学实验实践有很高的指导价值。笔者针对化学英语的文体特征,通过词汇、句法和篇章三个层面,充分利用电子词典、搜索引擎和平行文本,在充分理解原文的基础上,以汉斯·弗米尔目的论作为理论指导,遵循目的论三大原则,充分考虑文本受众接受度,致力于翻译出准确、连贯、忠实的译文。最后,结合大量译例的探讨,总结出化学英语类文献翻译的一些技巧和策略。
[Abstract]:Science and technology development with each passing day, in our country's economic construction plays a key role. In the context of globalization, science and technology translation plays an increasingly important role in scientific and technological exchanges between China and other countries in the world. The translation of chemical English literature is an indispensable branch. At present, in the chemical field, the authoritative literature database includes Scifindern Chemical data Reaxys and China Knowledge.com and Wanfang. The proportion of Chinese and English literature is more than half, and many of the latest chemical research results are published in English for the first time, which also highlights the urgent need for translation of chemical English literature. In this translation project, the translation practice was carried out by using two Ding Ji (isopropyl) magnesium salt 1) and lithium-halogen magnesium chloride exchange reaction functional group to form 2-methoxy pyridine (2-methoxy pyridine). This kind of literature is the most common in organic chemistry. It is similar to the experimental report and has strong practicability. It has a high guiding value to the chemical experiment practice. In view of the stylistic features of chemical English, the author makes full use of electronic dictionaries, search engines and parallel texts at the lexical, syntactic and textual levels, and takes Hans Vermeer's Skopos Theory as the theoretical guide on the basis of a full understanding of the original text. Following the three principles of Skopos theory and considering the audience acceptance of the text, we are committed to the translation of accurate, coherent and faithful translation. Finally, combined with a large number of translation examples, this paper summarizes some techniques and strategies for the translation of chemical English literature.
