大学生动态求职招聘与信息分析系统的分析与设计

【摘要】:目前,招聘会的业务实时性和业务协同性差,不能满足参会人员的需求。参会人员不能提前掌握用工单位和高校毕业生的详细信息,会后信息反馈不及时,招聘会很热闹,但效率低,这给双方造成时间和精力上的浪费和损失,也给招聘会带来沉重的劳动负担。 本文通过研究招聘的手段和途径,结合北京高校就业指导中心的资源优势,针对用工单位和高校毕业生提出的新需求,以进一步提升高校毕业生面试成功率、用工单位招聘效率和高校就业指导效果为目标,提出了全新的招聘会模式——“网络招聘+现场招聘”。本文运用UML(统一建模语言)的用例图和顺序图进行需求与功能分析,运用传统分析方法对系统结构和数据流进行分析,通过实体-联系(E-R)图建立数据存储模型,最终完成大学生动态求职招聘与信息分析系统设计。本系统实现了现场招聘会信息采集,就业信息统计、分析和发布工作,最终为学校改善技能培训、就业指导和政策咨询服务提供依据,减少大学生求职的盲目性,提高参会单位质量和学生数量,提高用工单位招聘效度和质量。本系统特点: 1.现场招聘会身份安全验证与信息采集。 目前,在现场招聘会中利用验证身份没有先例的,本项目对此进行了有益的尝试。本项目为就业指导中心、学校、用工单位配置二代身份证阅读器,对招聘现场情况全程记录,有效的解决了参加现场招聘会人员的信息验证、动态数据采集。学校可以通过本系统获得现场招聘会的动态统计资料,掌握本校学生参加现场招聘会情况、用工单(?)面试情况、学生面试岗位情况等数据,并加以分析。 2.采用WEB2.0技术,增加求职招聘成功率。 在举办现场招聘会前,发布会刊,学生预投简历,用工单位预筛简历。通过现场招聘会动态数据采集,系统对进入招聘会的大学生与用工单位进行动态匹配,用工单位可以实时看到自己关注的大学生是否已经进入会场,可以主动用自动短信发出面试邀请。由于面试前就做了信息匹配,又有短信、网站做支撑,可以提高求职招聘效率和成功率,同时也减少纸张浪费。 3.使用SPSS数据挖掘技术,定义分析模型。 由于学校和中心系统都在不断更新,使用了可定义式数据整合技术辅助数据采集,大大提高了数据采集的效率。基于搜索引擎技术的数据采集和深度数据整合,闲时分析数据,动态整理、自动入库,入库数据自动推送给学校,不增加中心、学校的工作量,为学校和中心提供完整原始数据,支撑统计、分析和决策。
[Abstract]:At present, the real-time business and business cooperation of the job fair are poor, which can not meet the needs of the participants. The participants could not grasp the detailed information of the employment units and university graduates in advance, the feedback after the meeting was not timely, the job fair was very lively, but the efficiency was low, which caused waste and loss of time and energy to both sides. It also brings a heavy burden of labor to the job fair. By studying the means and ways of recruiting, combining the resource advantages of Beijing University Employment guidance Center, this paper aims at the new demands of employment units and college graduates in order to further enhance the success rate of college graduates' interview. Aiming at the efficiency of recruitment and the effect of employment guidance in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a new mode of job fair-"On-the-spot recruitment for online recruitment". In this paper, the use case diagram and sequence diagram of UML are used to analyze the requirement and function, the traditional analysis method is used to analyze the system structure and data flow, and the data storage model is established through the entity-relation (E-R) diagram. Finally, the system design of dynamic job recruitment and information analysis for college students is completed. The system realizes the information collection, employment information statistics, analysis and release of job fair information, and finally provides the basis for improving skills training, employment guidance and policy consulting services, and reduces the blindness of college students seeking job. Improve the quality of participating units and the number of students, improve the recruitment validity and quality of employment units. The characteristics of the system: 1. On-site job fair identity security verification and information collection. At present, there is no precedent for the use of identity verification in the job fair, and this project has made a beneficial attempt. This project for the employment guidance center, schools, employment units equipped with the second generation ID card reader, the full record of the recruitment site situation, effective solution to participate in the on-site job fair information verification, dynamic data collection. Through this system, the school can obtain the dynamic statistical information of the on-the-spot job fair, master the students' participation in the on-site job fair, and the employment order (?) Interview situation, student interview position and other data, and to be analyzed. 2. Using Web 2.0 technology to increase the success rate of job recruitment. Before holding the job fair, issue the journal, send the resume in advance, screen the resume in advance. Through the dynamic data collection of the job fair, the system dynamically matches the college students who enter the job fair with the employment units. The employers can see in real time whether the college students who are concerned about themselves have entered the venue. Can use automatic text message to send the interview invitation. Because before interview did information match, also has the short message, the website makes the support, may raise the employment recruitment efficiency and the success rate, also reduces the paper waste. Using SPSS data mining technology, define the analysis model. Since the school and the central system are constantly updated, the data acquisition is aided by the technology of data integration, which greatly improves the efficiency of data collection.
