【摘要】：正《档案馆灾难预防与控制指南》公布近日,国际档案理事会在其官方网站上公布了《档案馆灾难预防与控制指南》。该指南的目的是为了指导世界范围内的档案馆和档案工作者实施灾难管理政策与战略。该指南的内容包括：1.指南的背景、目的与适用范围；2.档案馆灾难的类型：包括自然灾难如地震、飓风、火山爆发、旱灾,以及人为灾难如漏水、火灾、爆炸、恐怖行动、战争和武装冲突等；3.控制灾难的财务计划；4.灾难的危险性评估；5.控制灾难的危险：包括改变档案馆建筑的结构和提供服务的方式,防水,采取火灾控制措施,采取有效和充分的安全保卫措施,异地备份,应对武装冲突,机构列出优先采取的行动等；6.准备灾难应对计划：计划的目的是
[Abstract]:Just as the Guide to disaster Prevention and Control in Archives is published recently, the International Archives Council published the Guide to disaster Prevention and Control in Archives on its official website.
