智慧海洋搜索引擎的分析与设计

【摘要】:我国海洋信息化建设正处在由数字海洋向智慧海洋发展的阶段,智慧海洋就是对海洋数据进行全面感知理解,进而提供智慧交互服务。海洋数据因其具有跨领域多学科交叉、数据格式多样异构、归属复杂等特点,进行海量海洋数据搜索及展示显得非常困难。本文通过智慧海洋搜索引擎分析和设计,实现对海洋信息数据搜索的“感知理解,智慧交互”,提高海洋信息数据的利用效率。本文作了如下工作: 第一,对智慧海洋搜索引擎进行需求分析,获得需求模型。为实现海洋安全案例的搜索及态势展示,从角色模型、业务模型、数据流三方面进行了详细的需求分析及描述。 第二,完成了智慧海洋搜索引擎的总体架构与功能设计。结合智慧海洋搜索引擎的需求分析对智慧海洋搜索引擎(台风)的总体架构、具体功能、平台数据进行了详细设计。 第三,,以台风的搜索及态势展示实现为例,初步完成了智慧海洋搜索引擎实现及应用。结合台风的搜索及态势展示的总体架构与功能的设计进行模块开发,初步完成开发和实现。 论文的创新点在于通过对海洋安全案例进行抽取分析获得搜索及态势展示所需的特性特征值;结合大数据的数据处理及展示理念,发掘海洋数据规律并进行预测;结合海洋灾害成灾链、海洋灾害应急管理理论,有针对性进行海洋安全态势场景展示与交互。
[Abstract]:The construction of ocean information in our country is in the stage of developing from digital ocean to intelligent ocean. Intelligent ocean is a comprehensive understanding of ocean data and provides interactive services of wisdom. Ocean data is very difficult to search and display because of its characteristics of interdisciplinary, heterogeneous and heterogeneous data format, complex attribution and so on. Through the analysis and design of intelligent ocean search engine, this paper realizes the "perceptual understanding, intelligent interaction" of ocean information data search, and improves the utilization efficiency of marine information data. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, the requirement analysis of intelligent ocean search engine is carried out and the requirement model is obtained. In order to realize the search and situation display of marine safety cases, the requirements are analyzed and described in detail from three aspects: role model, business model and data flow. Secondly, the overall structure and function design of intelligent ocean search engine are completed. Based on the requirement analysis of intelligent ocean search engine (Typhoon), the general structure, specific function and platform data of intelligent ocean search engine (Typhoon) are designed in detail. Third, taking the typhoon search and situation display as an example, the realization and application of intelligent ocean search engine are preliminarily completed. Combined with the overall structure and function design of typhoon search and situation display, the development and implementation of the module are completed. The innovation of this paper lies in obtaining the characteristic value of searching and situation display by extracting and analyzing the case of marine safety, combining big data's idea of data processing and displaying, excavating and forecasting the law of ocean data. Combined with the marine disaster chain and the theory of marine disaster emergency management, the scene of marine security situation is displayed and interacted.
