网络问答平台的四种科学传播模式研究

【摘要】：网络问答平台差异化发展造成各个平台之间千差万别。平台在进行科学传播的时候自然也呈现出不同的形式和特征。网络问答平台的科学传播模式是什么,有何特点,功能上有何种倾向,如何更好地服务于科学传播,这些就是本文研究的重点。从便利研究的角度出发,网络问答平台被分成四类：搜索引擎型、文献整合型、社交网络型和实名社区型。其中,搜索引擎型对应中心型传播模式,传播范围广但不深入,用户互动差；文献整合型对应多中心型传播模式,信息反馈精准但用户关系松散；社交网络型对应集群型传播模式,用户交互密集但精力分散；实名社区型对应逐级型传播模式,用户交流集约但平台封闭。这些传播模式在传播功能上也都有倾向。中心型偏向唤起用户科学意识；多中心型偏向满足用户求知的愉悦；集群型偏向引发用户兴趣；而逐级型则偏向影响用户观点。然而受到平台客观条件限制和用户主观需求的制约,网络问答平台的科学传播层次还比较低,难以完全达到有反思的科学传播阶段,只能作为科学传播主流渠道之外的一个补充。我们要正确认识网络问答平台的科学传播实践,把握其科学传播的出发点和归宿,让其更好地服务于科学传播。
[Abstract]:The network question and answer platform differentiation development causes the each platform to be very different. The platform naturally presents different forms and characteristics in the process of scientific communication. What is the mode of scientific communication in the network question and answer platform, what are the characteristics, the tendency of function, and how to serve the science communication better? these are the key points of this paper. From the point of view of convenient research, the online Q & A platform is divided into four categories: search engine, document integration, social network and real name community. Among them, the search engine type corresponds to the center type communication mode, the dissemination scope is wide but not deep, the user interaction is poor; the literature integration type corresponds to the multi-center type communication mode, the information feedback is accurate but the user relation is loose; The social network type corresponds to the cluster type communication mode, the user interaction is dense but the energy is scattered; the real name community type corresponds to the gradual type communication pattern, the user communication is intensive but the platform is closed. These modes of communication also have a tendency in the function of communication. The central bias evokes the scientific consciousness of the user; the polycentric bias satisfies the user's pleasure of seeking knowledge; the cluster type bias arouses the user's interest; and the stepwise type tends to influence the user's viewpoint. However, restricted by the objective conditions of the platform and the subjective needs of the users, the network question and answer platform has a relatively low level of scientific communication, and it is difficult to reach the stage of science communication with reflection. Only as a supplement to the mainstream channels of scientific communication. We should correctly understand the practice of scientific communication in the network question and answer platform, grasp the starting point and destination of its scientific communication, and make it serve the science communication better.
