Web2.0环境下网络舆情传播控制模型及实现

【摘要】:随着互联网技术,尤其是Web2.0技术的新兴与发展,网络群体可以更自由的表达个人的态度、意见、情绪等,各种复杂的信息集聚成大量不同的主题、舆情,使得网络中的群体意见或态度越来越具有影响力,甚至在某些方面超过了传统舆情的力量,比如对政府部门的监督,对突发事件的评价快速集聚等。因此网络舆情已经成为社会舆情的一个重要的组成部分,并且其影响力正逐步提升。Web2.0下的网络舆情的研究目前已成为一个关系社会民生的重要话题和学科。研究新网络环境下的网络舆情信息的传播控制对于社会稳定有举足轻重的作用。 本文针对Web2.0阶段“以用户为中心”的核心特点,在分析了已有的网络信息控制方法的基础上,认为现有的网络控制技术应该遵循力求保护网民的言论自由权利的原则,并不应在主题或舆情形成时加以限制、删除操作,而是在网络信息传播初期、网络舆情形成期即加以引导,从而完成对网络舆情信息的控制。 本文主要以网络虚假信息、谣言作为研究的对象,在分析总结了以往网络舆情信息传播控制模型的基础上,以具有数学证明严密特点的传染病模型为基础,在已有的SEIR模型中引入直接免疫率,它能使潜伏个体直接转化为免疫个体;引入了外部舆论场的概念,其能够强力推进普通个体向免疫个体的转化。通过引入这两个关键参数改进模型使其更接近于实际系统。 基于改进的模型,本文利用开源Wiki实现了具有自净化能力的舆情传播控制实验平台。通过Lucene+Heritrix搜索引擎实现了平台中的外部舆论信息提取和话题推送功能,将相关信息加入网络信息传播过程中,从而达到舆情引导的作用。 文章最后通过StarLogo仿真软件对新模型下的网络信息传播过程的效能进行了仿真和分析,验证了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the emergence and development of Internet technology, especially Web2.0 technology, network groups can express their personal attitudes, opinions, emotions and so on more freely, and all kinds of complex information gather into a large number of different topics, public opinion, etc. It makes the group opinion or attitude in the network more and more influential, and even exceeds the power of traditional public opinion in some aspects, such as the supervision of government departments, the evaluation of sudden events and so on. Therefore, network public opinion has become an important part of social public opinion, and its influence is gradually rising. The research of network public opinion under Web2.0 has become an important topic and subject related to the people's livelihood. The research on the communication control of network public opinion information in the new network environment plays an important role in social stability. According to the core characteristics of "user-centered" in Web2.0 stage, based on the analysis of existing network information control methods, this paper holds that the existing network control technology should follow the principle of striving to protect the freedom of expression of Internet users. It should not be restricted when the subject or public opinion is formed, and the operation should be deleted, but in the early stage of network information dissemination, the forming period of network public opinion should be guided so as to complete the control of network public opinion information. This article mainly takes the network false information, the rumor as the research object, on the basis of the analysis and summary of the previous network public opinion information dissemination control model, based on the mathematical proof strict characteristics of the infectious disease model. Direct immune rate is introduced into the existing SEIR model, which can directly transform latent individuals into immune individuals, and the concept of external public opinion field is introduced, which can strongly promote the transformation of ordinary individuals to immune individuals. By introducing the improved model of these two key parameters, the model is closer to the real system. Based on the improved model, an experimental platform of public opinion propagation and control with self-purification ability is implemented by using open source Wiki. Through the Lucene Heritrix search engine, the external public opinion information extraction and topic push function are realized in the platform, and the relevant information is added to the network information dissemination process, thus achieving the function of public opinion guidance. Finally, the effectiveness of the network information transmission process under the new model is simulated and analyzed by StarLogo simulation software, and the validity of the model is verified.
