基于协同管理平台的企业知识管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：知识管理作为一种新兴的信息管理模式,已经成为了一个管理的新里程碑。目前企业知识管理存在知识文档存储管理困难、存储结构难以划分、查找缓慢效率低下、无法有效协作共享、隐形知识难以形成显性知等问题,基于文档型的数据库系统已经不能满足知识管理需求。 本文采用协同知识管理模型,以协同管理系统为平台为知识管理系统提供了一个多维、立体的信息获取、使用和共享的环境。全文以软件工程思想为指导,采用B/S架构模式,基于企业级J2EE轻量级开源框架SSH (Struts、Spring、 Hibernate),设计并实现了知识中心、知识搜索及系统权限等功能模块,完成了知识门户、知识的上传维护、知识的推荐、知识的共享、知识审批、知识的高级检索、分类检索、全文检索以及系统权限管理的功能实现,其中使用了Apriori算法实现知识的智能推荐,同时应用Lucene3.0开源搜索引擎与IKAnalyzer分词器来实现知识检索功能。 最后,作者结合系统实现运行情况,证明了基于协同管理平台的企业知识管理系统对企业知识管理的有效性与实用性。
[Abstract]:As a new information management model, knowledge management has become a new milestone in management. At present, there are some problems in enterprise knowledge management, such as the difficulty of storing and managing knowledge documents, the difficulty of dividing storage structure, the slow efficiency of searching, the inability of effective cooperation and sharing, the difficulty of forming explicit knowledge and so on. The database system based on document can no longer meet the requirement of knowledge management. In this paper, a collaborative knowledge management model is used to provide a multi-dimensional, three-dimensional information acquisition, usage and sharing environment for the knowledge management system on the platform of collaborative management system. Guided by the idea of software engineering, this paper adopts the B / S architecture model, and designs and implements the function modules of knowledge center, knowledge search and system authority based on SSH (Struts,Spring, Hibernate), a lightweight open source framework of enterprise J2EE. The functions of knowledge portal, knowledge upload and maintenance, knowledge recommendation, knowledge sharing, knowledge examination and approval, knowledge advanced retrieval, classified retrieval, full-text retrieval and system authority management are completed. The Apriori algorithm is used to realize the intelligent recommendation of knowledge, and the Lucene3.0 open source search engine and the IKAnalyzer participler are used to realize the knowledge retrieval function. Finally, the author proves the effectiveness and practicability of the enterprise knowledge management system based on the collaborative management platform.
