生物医学信息资源的元数据描述与整合

【摘要】:因特网上蕴藏着丰富的生物医学信息资源,生物医学信息资源的获取越来越多地依赖于In ternet网络。因此,开发新的描述和管理信息资源的方法,才能更好地满足人们对信息资源的需求。通过对数据库、搜索引擎、网站资源及元数据的分析,表明生物医学信息资源具有电子化、网络化、动态性、分布性、无序性的特点。利用元数据对医学信息资源进行开放的和计算机可识别的描述,有助于用户搜寻、选择、利用医学信息资源,尤其是网络医学资源。通过元数据的转换,将不同地域、不同语言、异构的资源有机地整合在一起,可以更有效地、系统地满足人们对信息的需求。
[Abstract]:There are abundant biomedical information resources on the Internet, and the acquisition of biomedical information resources depends more and more on In ternet network. Therefore, to develop a new method of describing and managing information resources can better meet the needs of people for information resources. Through the analysis of database, search engine, website resources and metadata, it is shown that biomedical information resources are electronic, networked, dynamic, distributed and disordered. It is helpful for users to search, select and utilize medical information resources, especially network medical resources, by using metadata to describe medical information resources open and computer identifiable. Through the transformation of metadata, the resources of different regions, different languages and different languages can be integrated together organically, which can meet the information needs of people more effectively and systematically.
