流程工业报警管理系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:流程工业是国民经济发展中极为重要的基础支柱产业,一般伴有高温、高压以及复杂的理化反应。为了保证生产的安全和稳定经济运行,需要对工厂的异常工况进行管理。报警是对工厂异常工况的反映。报警管理系统能够解决报警处理中的报警过载以及缺少高效、准确的报警操作指导这两个突出问题,实现报警的精细化管理。为了更好的解决上述两个问题,本论文设计的流程工业报警管理系统具有以下三个特点:一是报警展示页面关联报警位号流程图以及报警操作指导,为报警处理提供了集中的一体化解决方案;二是通过核心业务组件之间的协作,并设计了高优先级报警排序算法,实现报警抑制功能;三是实现了报警操作指导搜索引擎,并设计了带有评论及审核功能的报警操作指导管理方案,保证报警操作指导的高效和准确。主要研究成果如下:(1)在需求调研基础上对报警管理系统整体技术框架进行设计,并结合系统核心目标提出基于服务的三层架构,即数据管理层、业务处理框架以及核心业务组件。通过数据管理层以及业务处理框架的设计,为核心业务组件的实现提供了数据准备和业务服务支持。(2)设计核心业务组件。在报警合理化组件中对确定报警激活点的安全时间算法以及确定报警优先级的查表算法进行了实现。在报警操作指导组件中实现了基于Lucene.Net的搜索引擎并设计了带有评论及审核功能的报警操作指导管理方案。在报警展示组件中设计并实现了高优先级报警排序算法,并通过链接到报警位号流程图以及报警操作指导从而实现集中的报警解决方案。搭建测试环境对系统的功能和性能进行了测试,其中报警分析、权限管理功能已经在生产环境中进行了部署。测试结果表明,此报警管理系统实现了报警抑制,对报警操作指导进行了管理,为生产的安全和稳定经济运行提供了决策支持。
[Abstract]:Process industry is one of the most important basic industries in the development of national economy, which is usually accompanied by high temperature, high pressure and complex physical and chemical reactions. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of production, it is necessary to manage the abnormal working conditions of the factory. The alarm is a reflection of the abnormal working conditions of the factory. The alarm management system can solve the two outstanding problems of alarm overload and the lack of efficient and accurate alarm operation guidance to realize the fine management of alarm. In order to better solve the above two problems, this paper designed the process industry alarm management system has the following three characteristics: first, alarm display page associated alarm bit flow chart and alarm operation guidance, It provides a centralized integrated solution for alarm processing. Second, through the cooperation between the core business components, and designed a high-priority alarm sorting algorithm to achieve alarm suppression function; Third, the alarm operation guidance search engine is realized, and the alarm operation guidance management scheme with the function of comment and audit is designed to ensure the high efficiency and accuracy of the alarm operation guidance. The main research results are as follows: (1) on the basis of requirement research, the overall technical framework of alarm management system is designed, and a service-based three-tier architecture, namely, data management layer, is proposed in combination with the core objectives of the system. Business processing framework and core business components. Through the design of data management and business processing framework, it provides data preparation and service support for the implementation of core business components. (2) Design core business components. In the alarm rationalization component, the security time algorithm for determining the alarm activation point and the look-up table algorithm for determining the alarm priority are implemented. The search engine based on Lucene.Net is implemented in the alarm operation instruction module and the alarm operation guidance management scheme with the function of comment and audit is designed. The high priority alarm sorting algorithm is designed and implemented in the alarm display component, and the centralized alarm solution is realized by linking to the alarm bit number flow chart and alarm operation instruction. The function and performance of the system are tested by setting up a test environment, in which alarm analysis and privilege management are deployed in the production environment. The test results show that the alarm management system achieves alarm suppression and provides decision support for the safe and stable economic operation of production.
