NVST镜面位置误差致光轴偏移分析

【摘要】:一架设计先进、加工精准的大型光学望远镜,工厂测试质量合格后在使用地点安装时,必须再经调校、检测,保证望远镜仍旧符合设计、使用要求。本文仅讨论元件精准的大型望远镜调校及检测问题。对于大型天文望远镜,如果光学成像部件(如主镜和副镜)有些许的离心或倾斜,都会引起光轴的偏移,既会给望远镜指向、跟踪带来困扰,还会造成有效视场丢失。同时我们发现,当离心与倾斜同时存在且保持特定关系时,它们可以互相补偿,而不太严重破坏望远镜的综合成像质量;因此传统的以综合像质为最终评估标准的检测方法是不完备的。研究了计算机辅助装调的方法,其过程是:像差测试、模型计算给出镜面的调整方向和量值、调整镜面位置;迭代这个过程直到像质达标。在这个过程中,以模型的正确性保障收敛结果的正确性和唯一性。一米红外太阳望远镜(New Vacuum Solar Telescope,简称NVST)是目前国际领先水平的真空太阳望远镜,NVST位于云南省昆明市约70公里的抚仙湖东北岸老鹰地(东经102°57′11″,北纬24°34′47″),该台址拥有世界一流的大气视宁度,光学系统为修正的格里高利(Gregorian)系统,可对太阳磁流场高分辨率光谱和成像观测,观测波段为0.3μm~2.5μm。本文以NVST为例,讨论了在主副镜的安装调校中存在空间的位置与方向误差,但在综合像质仍旧达到衍射极限的前提下,考查误差对光轴、视场带来的影响,从而确定光轴稳定性是判定大型望远镜装调结果的一项必检指标。
[Abstract]:A large optical telescope of advanced design and precise processing must be adjusted and tested when it is installed in the place of use after the factory has qualified the test quality to ensure that the telescope still conforms to the design. Requirements for use. This paper deals only with the calibration and detection of large telescopes with precise components. For large telescopes, optical imaging components (such as primary and secondary mirrors) that are slightly centrifuged or tilted will cause the deviation of the optical axis. It can cause problems with telescope pointing and tracking, as well as the loss of effective field of view, and we have found that when centrifugation and tilt exist at the same time and have a specific relationship, they can compensate each other. However, the integrated imaging quality of the telescope is not seriously damaged, so the traditional detection method based on the integrated image quality as the final evaluation standard is not complete. The computer-aided adjustment method is studied, and the process is as follows: aberration testing. The model calculation gives the direction and magnitude of the mirror, adjusts the position of the mirror, iterates the process until the image quality is up to standard. The correctness of the model ensures the correctness and uniqueness of the convergence results. The 1-meter infrared solar telescope Vacuum Solar Telescopeis a leading international vacuum solar telescope located about 70 kilometers in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The Eagle Land on the east coast of Xianhu (102 掳5711 "E, 24 掳3447" N) has world class atmospheric visibility. The optical system is a modified Gregorian system, which can be used to observe the high-resolution spectrum and imaging of the solar magnetic flow field. The observation band is 0.3 渭 m ~ (2.5 渭 m). In this paper, taking NVST as an example, the position and direction errors of the space in the installation and adjustment of the primary and secondary mirror are discussed. However, on the premise that the synthetic image quality still reaches the diffraction limit, the influence of the error on the optical axis and the field of view is examined, thus determining the stability of the optical axis is a necessary index to judge the adjustment results of large telescopes.
