基于WiFi网络的智能导游管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:在智慧旅游蓬勃发展的大背景下,技术创新给人们提供了更加便捷、智能、个性化的旅游服务。尤其在导游管理系统领域,智能化的旅游管理与导览方式成为了相关研究与应用创新的热点之一。当前,越来越多的景区开始全面的部署无线WiFi热点,作为AGPS定位技术的有力补充,在现有的WiFi网络基础之上提供低功耗、精准的定位技术则具有极大的研究与应用价值。与此同时,传统的智能导游管理系统在游览内容的提供和游客管理方式上却仍然存在诸多的缺陷。因此,结合WiFi定位技术给游客提供个性化、精准化的动态游览信息推荐以及进行智能化的游客管理具有极高的研究价值。 本文设计并实现了一种基于WiFi网络的智能导游管理系统。首先对基于WiFi惯性定位技术进行了研究,设计并实现了一种基于WiFi网络的惯性定位算法,并在目标景区创建精确的用户移动轨迹;其次深入研究了基于移动轨迹的个性化推荐算法,并提出了“基于PageRank的个性化线路推荐算法、基于线路融合的个性化线路推荐算法以及基于移动轨迹的协同过滤景点推荐算法”,并对算法的性能进行了详细的分析。 基于WiFi网络的智能导游管理系统包含三大子系统的设计与实现,分别是智能导游推荐服务系统、游客终端子系统以及导游管理子系统。其中,智能导游推荐服务系统包括WiFi定位、移动轨迹创建系统与基于移动轨迹的个性化推荐系统,同时向游客提供个性化的旅游线路与景点推荐。游客终端子系统与导游终端子系统基于iOS智能操作系统进行设计实现,并且分别向游客和导游提供不同的服务内容。其中游客终端子系统提供了惯性定位自主修正与区域监测功能,同时通过智能导游推荐服务系统根据游客的移动轨迹提供个性化的线路推荐以及景点推荐服务;导游管理子系统则向导游人员提供游客管理与安全预警服务。
[Abstract]:In the context of the vigorous development of intelligent tourism, technological innovation has provided people with more convenient, intelligent and personalized tourism services, especially in the field of tour guide management system. Intelligent tourism management and guided way has become one of the hotspots in related research and application innovation. At present, more and more scenic spots begin to deploy wireless WiFi hotspots. As a powerful supplement of AGPS positioning technology, it provides low power consumption on the basis of existing WiFi network, and accurate positioning technology has great research and application value. However, the traditional intelligent tour guide management system still has many defects in the provision of tour content and tourist management mode. Therefore, combined with WiFi positioning technology to provide personalized tourists. Accurate dynamic tour information recommendation and intelligent tourist management have high research value. In this paper, an intelligent guide management system based on WiFi network is designed and implemented. Firstly, the inertial positioning technology based on WiFi is studied. An inertial location algorithm based on WiFi network is designed and implemented, and the accurate user trajectory is created in the target scenic spot. Secondly, the personalized recommendation algorithm based on mobile trajectory is deeply studied, and a personalized line recommendation algorithm based on PageRank is proposed. The personalized line recommendation algorithm based on line fusion and the collaborative filtering scenic spot recommendation algorithm based on mobile trajectory are analyzed in detail. The intelligent tour guide management system based on WiFi network includes the design and implementation of three subsystems, namely, the intelligent guide recommendation service system, the tourist terminal subsystem and the guide management subsystem. Intelligent guide recommendation service system includes WiFi location, mobile trajectory creation system and personalized recommendation system based on mobile trajectory. At the same time to provide tourists with personalized tourism routes and attractions recommendation. The tourist terminal subsystem and guide terminal subsystem based on the iOS intelligent operating system to design and implement. And they provide different services to tourists and tour guides. Among them, the tourist terminal subsystem provides inertial positioning autonomous correction and regional monitoring functions. At the same time, through the intelligent guide recommendation service system to provide personalized route recommendation and scenic spot recommendation service according to the tourists' mobile track; Tour guide management subsystem to guide personnel to provide tourist management and security early warning services.
